First and last purchase from Everlane. Bought a wool coat on sale, very overpriced for what it was. Flimsy, shapeless and poor quality. I’m also dubious of the companies sustainability claims, for all the poor clothing they produce they seem no different to fast fashion. Plus side, refund was made promptly upon return. Down side I had to pay $25 to send it back.

Products are terrible quality and customer service is inept. I purchased a pair of rain boots last year and after less than a year of wear they have cracked on both boots (Yes, it is less than a year Everlane. You seem to be surprised that you cannot wear items from date of order as you seem to forget that items take time to ship to another country. We are also going through a pandemic so I obviously have not been wearing my boots everyday excessively). Shocking quality and really the most unhelpful customer service I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Would avoid at all costs.

This company makes great quality bags. I was surprised when I saw bad reviews because I have bben buying their stuff for my wife for a long time and never had any problems

Don't bother with this level of customer service. I made an order before the xmas delivery deadline, and waited until mid January before looking into my order and contacting support, the person on the other end said something equivalent to: "oh sorry. That's going to be refunded now - if you want it, you can keep checking the website for if we restock it." I'm embarrassed to say you get better customer service on Aliexpress. After complaining, still nothing. I ordered for my December holiday and had to buy things retail locally as my order never arrived.

It’s been 15 days at my item is still in New Jersey. I’ve have items delivered quicker from China. Won’t be using Everlane again...

I received an email (I must have been on some mailing list) and while I had never heard of this company I browsed. Some very nice looking, classically styled pieces. I settled on 2 sale items; a white fitted summer dress (super simple, front seams for a flawless fit, sleeveless) and a pair of fitted pants, navy blue, with seams that make the seat area fit really well. They were delivered quickly, and both items are beautifully made and will probably last for years. High quality fabric, very well made (take a look inside to see the attention to detail), and what a I consider basic wardrobe pieces. Dress up or down and they will both be indispensable, easy to travel with, and just very comfy to wear. This won't be my last purchase! Glad they found me.

They’ve taken my money but haven’t provided the goods I paid them for. Customer Service is nonexistent. Appears to be a scam and I wish I had read more external reviews prior to making a purchase.

Terrible company. Dishonest. Spend your money elsewhere. the quality is terrible and I've been reading more about their supply chain which looks to be 'less pro-human' than they make out.
