Just ordered two Roman shades: 1. Couldn’t believe how easy the ordering process was. 2. My 10% off coupon didn’t work, but it was fixed immediately. 3. Adam contacted me because he had a suggestion I had overlooked. (Companies actually do stuff like this?) I am so used to NOT getting good customer service that when I do I am so grateful! Five stars so far!

My only complaint is I cant give more than 5 stars. Beyond expectations of service, knowledge and ease. The CEOs patience, design expertise and incredibly easy and programmed site, made our custom order just as simple as any other checkout process. With a big purchase comes decisions and Everhem was there every step along the way. The only place to be nice and shade-y is EVERHEM.

Such a lovely experience - even when I ran into a small issue they were ON it and did everything they could to fix it promptly. Highly recommend!
