Device often times breaks for various reasons. Multiple times had to troubleshoot due to connectivity issues. Company runs a scam. The people more likely to buy this product uses prescription lenses, but the company refuses to give a refund or help out in any way because of the lenses.

4 star because there are no camera. Hope G3 will have a canera on the center above the nose bridge and it will be different from the rest of the smart glasses as usual

This product filled with my expectation like auto-translation functions gives me two benefits at once, auto-translation and auto-summarization. Communication support functions is also good enough to do my job efficiently. To be honest, camera function is not necessary that could ruin the looks I wear it.

I initiated a formal return request for both the G2 eyeglasses and the R1 ring within the lawful 14-day return window. Instead of honoring their official policy, customer service (Serena) went completely radio silent after I refused their $20 store credit incentive. This product combo is priced as a premium item—costing close to a new iPhone—but the actual quality and user experience are completely disproportionate to the high price tag. The flaws are unacceptable for a product marketed as "AI glasses": - The companion app is primitive, with very low adjustment flexibility. In an era where AI coding is so advanced, it is baffling how they managed to develop such a backward app. - There is no voiceprint recognition/isolation. While the microphone works fine in a silent room, it constantly picks up and records voices from the TV or video playing in the background. - The text jumping from the Even AI display frequently causes severe dizziness. - The eyeglass frame pinches the head painfully. - The ring's touch controls frequently misinterpret commands. After only two days of trial, I have encountered too many major flaws. I expect this company to honestly face its product defects instead of intentionally delaying and obstructing customers who want to return them. CEO Will Wang, stop avoiding reality. After trying few of the most popular glasses I am comfortable to affirm that Even Reality glasses are by far the best in all categories, daily usage, comfortable, practical for all my business and personal needs when it Comes to combining technology and life experiences through a smart glasses!! Potential Even Realities customers should be aware of my experience with the R1 ring: despite being used normally, with no major drops or visible impact marks, the ceramic exterior developed a crack, which raises serious concerns about how fragile and unsuitable for everyday use this expensive accessory may be. After reviewing photos and videos, Even Realities classified the damage as accidental or “human damage,” refused to replace the ring under warranty, and instead suggested that I purchase another one with only a $20 discount. This is particularly disappointing because the R1 is intended to function as an important controller for the glasses, yet the company offered no meaningful replacement solution when it cracked. In addition, the Even Realities phone app is consistently affected by bugs, and I frequently experience disconnections between the glasses, phone, and ring, making the entire system unreliable. With cheaper competing products now available that may offer better reliability, durability, and overall value, prospective customers should carefully consider the R1 ring’s fragility, the limited warranty coverage, and the ongoing software and connectivity problems before purchasing.

Bought directly from EvenRealities and they shipped me an empty box. Their customer support team keeps trying to gaslight me by saying that they weighed the box and that it proves the glasses were in the box. They said that their team weighed the box to be 1.1KG. The problem is that UPS says it was 0.5KG. I gave them the UPS claim number and they lied and said that UPS told them it was 1.1KG. This is an outright lie as I can see the weight directly on the UPS right now. They are not honoring the refund and saying that they shipped it. Warning for all future buyers, please record yourself weighing the box, record yourself unboxing and showing the glasses otherwise this company will just take your money and leave. I will fight this charge tooth and nail and get these liars EDIT: I noticed that even realities responded with the same lies. If I could upload photos on trustpilot I would. I have images of the shipping label on the box that clearly showed the exact weight of the box. They keep claiming that UPS said it was heavier than what was on the actual shipping label and on my UPS portal. Outright fragrant and provable lies.
