I bought my Euybike K6 Pro long-range in April. It is literally one of the things I have ever bought. The Bike is of great quality, and the battery's power is way stronger than I thought it would be. I close circuit the charging port the first time when I wanted to charge it. Euybike sent me a new charger port withing 2 weeks. Good communication and resolved the issue quickly Great bike. Great service

Euy k six pro bike awesome can't ask for to much more

Sent me a new rim and motor for the K6Pro. It arrived without any nuts or spacers on the new bolt and was damaged with the wheel threads/bolt poked through the box with damaged threads so I couldnt even use the bolt from the old rim and motor to thread it on making it useless. Even sent a picture of how the bolt was poking out of the side of the box for it to have been damaged during shipment from Cali to Phila. When emailing them about the issue, customer service said it isnt returnable. So $300 + shipping later and they basically told me that Im beat. If I could've given 0 stars or even negative stars I would have. It stinks because the bike WAS a good bike for a short period of time but if something breaks and you need replacement parts and they send them but are damaged or broken by their carrier or their own poor packaging they expect you to just deal with it as your loss???? Horrible customer care and customer product service sadly because the looks of the bike were unlike any other but the customer service was just a negative negative almost unnerving experience.

I ordered the wrong bike and needed to switch it to a different one and they did that asap for me. Very excellent customer service, I also had an issue with a part and they sent a new part within a couple days. Shipping on the bike was fast and very well packed. I HIGHLY recommend EUYBIKE. Bike works amazing fun to ride. I would definitely buy from them again.

The best one yet

The bike was shipped in a really protective box and everything was in place where it should be, when it arrived. It arrived a day earlier than expected which is always exciting! My third ebike from them and I've had 2 for almost 2 years. They are really well made and I haven't had any problems or malfunctions w either of them. We ride them often and are in the woods on less than smooth terrain and they are in the same shape as when first got them. Great bikes for the money. We'll made!!

Petite height will not stay fixed it turns side to side and also depresses all the way down and even when the seat is bottomed out the lowest setting it's still more than 30 inches off the ground which makes it very hard when you stop the bike to keep it upright the pedals are too close to the seat when you on the upstroke there's little to no room for your feet and they practically hit you in the bottom acceleration is slow for the strength of the battery and supposedly the 750 watt motor it behaves more like a 500 w other than that the assembly of the ebike was easy enough that's the reason I gave it to Stars instead of one
