The user manual & accompanying tools provided are useful for most parts of initial assembly. The disc brakes were not adjusted & were causing the wheels to drag slightly with rubbing noises. This prompted online YouTube research that helped me to do the adjustments myself before ever turning the e-bike on & doing unintentional damage to the brakes & possibly the motor. Also needed further research on programming the pedal assist through YouTube tutorials. The e-bike runs & looks great with a lot of power & gets compliments from onlookers! I only wish your company’s customer service phone number worked for future rehab parts orders but possibly we can connect through email for this!? Thank you for the timely delivery machine in a box! All readers wear your helmets & invest in proper security level locks & cable systems. I’ve got 70 (in town) miles on it in first week, cruising often at pedal assist level 3 (25 mph!). The front shocks & seat suspension are also wonderful on our potholed ruptured streets!

In August 2025 I purchased a EUYBIKE K6 Plus electric bike in Germany via the EUYBIKE Europe online platform. I am a 67 years-old normal-weight and careful rider. This is my experience with my e-bike. • For the price of a EUYBIKE K6 Plus, one cannot expect a high-quality product. However, one can expect that the e-bike is fit for the purpose it is made for. When EUYBIKE sells an e-bike with a powerful 90 nm motor, with full suspension and with fat off-road tires, one can expect that the components such as the motor and the brakes are suitable for operation on dirt roads, uphill and downhill. • Obviously, the K6 Plus is not suitable for this kind of operation. My e-bike broke down after 3 months and 400 km (electric motor defect, rear brakes defect, front brakes defect, kick stand broken off, corrosion). And I am not at all a hard-core cross-rider. I am a 67 years old normal-weight rider, and I ride carefully and slowly. • EUYBIKE does not respond to my e-mails regarding my warranty claim and ignores all my numerous e-mails and reminders. • EUYBIKE has no official company office address in Germany or in Europe. There are only 2 addresses published on the website (in Poland and in France), but these are only the addresses of the logistic partner companies. Contact is only possible via e-mail. • EUYBIKE sell their products in Germany via their European online platform, which is also in the German language. Therefore, EUYBIKE is subject to the German legal rules regarding the sale of goods, consumer protection and product warranty. • EUYBIKE ignores their legal warranty obligations towards their customers and simply breaks the law applicable to the sale of the bike. • The current status for me is that after I used the bike last year for 3 months and 400 km, it is defective and cannot be used any more. The electric motor is not working and the front and rear brakes are defect. Although the bike is clearly under warranty, EUYBIKE Customer Support is not responding to my valid warranty claims and totally ignores me. A repair is for me as well as by several local repair shops not possible. This acquisition of this e-bike is for me unfortunately a total loss of money. • EUYBIKE evades their legal obligations as seller of goods in Germany, and intentionally violates the law. Therefore, EUYBIKE has to be considered as a fraudulent organisation. • I can only WARN everybody to purchase e-bikes from EUYBIKE: o The K6 Plus components are of lowest quality and are unsuitable for the purpose this e-bike-model is built for. o The buyer (at least in Germany) has practically no professional service and no warranty protection. o EUYBIKE (at least in Germany) has to be considered as a fraudulent company, as they evade their legal liabilities towards their customers, such as warranty obligations. o As EUYBIKE has no official company office address in Germany or in Europe, buyers in Europe have practically no possibility to take any legal action against EUYBIKE to pursue their warranty claims.

Very good Bike Good Customer Service.

I bought the bike and its been terrible. It sits for months and months broken waiting for replacement parts. Company refuses to compensate mechanic fees back even though its under warranty. Some parts need replacing more then once, like the motor. Every part has been replaced besides the frame and it still doesnt work. The company refuses to extend the warranty. The company refuses to send a new bike so im down over 2,500 dollars. They take zero responsibility for their broken product. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different company.

No communication on the delay of my order. I had to reach out and ask after my delivery date had passed for two whole days.

Customer service

Bike arrived broken front assembly completely broke. Called the provided phone number multiple times in multiple days to only get busy signals period. They do respond to emails, but expect the day they did ship out a part that was supposedly going to be able to fix the bike. But they only shipped the motor not the entire assembly. The other side is warped, so the entire assembly would be needed to be completely replaced. So you would actually have to take every spoke off to make the repair. I have requested a return labels and a refund. 2k investment and the metal around hubs are cast and cheap as the box was not even damaged so wouldn't take.much to break i wouldn't trust on long rides in wilderness/woods where you could actually have issues and be stuck.

I think the product is great. I received it quickly and was not hard to assemble. I have had some issues with it not powering on sometimes that worries me. It sometimes takes multiple tries.
