I cannot receive the free product with my ice machine because i’m in Canada. My Euhomy Pearl L1 Max Nugget Ice Maker are very loud. The sound made to make ice are very loud. I’m really dissapointed with my new Euhomy.

Euhomy sent me a new replacement cooler and, Handled my claim very quickly. I am currently dealing with another manufacturer on a warranty issue that has taken nearly three months (and still open) to repair or replace, so I really appreciate how smoothly Euhomy handled this. I have owned several Euhomy appliances and have always had a good experience with your products and customer service. In fact, my son was recently trying to decide between two different brands of wine coolers, one of which was Euhomy. I told him about my positive experiences with Euhomy and recommended that he choose yours. He purchased the Euhomy wine cooler and is very happy with it! Thank you again for the excellent service.
