I live in EU and placed an order through MorpheEU and waited 2 weeks for my order, which I expected due to sale but I was fuming when I had to pay VAT charges despite their website stating they were covered, I have emailed them 3 times but no response, be careful when ordering as it may state it is an EU site but the package actually came from the UK so therefore liable for charges, very deceitful on Morphes part.

I placed an order after my wife sent me a link of brushes she wanted. I just went ahead and ordered without looking into company. Order time said 3-5 days. Then when I placed order I received a confirmation saying there is delays due to volumes or warehouse issues or something like that. Then I looked into reviews and found this 2 out of 5 star and read a lot of Bad reviews saying scam etc. I then tried to cancel my order by email and the reply I got Seemed very automatic so didn't feel confident. However I gave them benefit of doubt and certainly within 2 weeks I got the product. So actually quite surprised. Packaging seemed good. Inside of box had their company logo and name which to me gives a more Credit to the company. They spent a bit more on packaging and not a cheap normal box which you get from scam companies. I read a review questioning about the quality of the brushes which I can't comment on as they are not for me and wife hasnt used them yet. Will say communication wasn't great. I received an email during the day saying order had dispatched and then 8pm every night I was getting an update saying delays and delay with order etc. However tracking said to expect by the 24th Sept and I got on 20th. So some the auto mails didn't seem to match my order. Was surprised I got my order when I did and wanted to just comment with a some what positive experience I have had as these other reviews aren't good. So you can equally have a good experience is what I'm trying to say. It's jot all bad and could be worth giving them a try. ****just a little update to say my wife has commented saying the brushes are great..

After waiting 3 weeks for my order to be shipped, now an post is looking for tax and vat for my parcel !!! Morphe you are just a SCAM company !! Is write in blak and white onyour page that the vat and tax "will be assorbed by your company" but NOW i have to pay ??? Horrible SCAMMERS this YOU ARE !!

Commande passée le 26 aout et reçue le 6 septembre. Comme indiqué sur le site, le délai de livraison est rallongé de 5 jours à cause du Covid donc il faut prendre son mal en patience. Colis impeccable mais aucun mail de Morphe ni du transporteur pour indiquer qu'il est bien arrivé dans la boîte au lettres! Bref plutôt contente de mon expérience avec Morphe mais j'ai l'impression que c'est la loterie avec eux.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi il y a autant de mauvaise note. Commandée chez Morphe le 6 septembre, 3 jours après je reçois un email d'excuse disant que mon colis aura du retard et je l'ai reçue hier le 18 septembre. Suffit d'un peu de patience et en deux semaines on reçoit la commande. Les produits sont au top et ultra pigmentés! Je recommande et j'achèterai de nouveau chez eux

Ho effettuato un ordine il 5 agosto, ad oggi 18 settembre non ho ancora ricevuto il mio pacco, ho mandato diverse email alle quali hanno risposto dicendomi che il pacco era stato perso e che mi avrebbero potuto rimborsare ma non ho ricevuto neanche un centesimo indietro. Siete da denuncia

I ordered 2 parcels during the sale and although it has taken a while, their customer service is really great. I was accidently charged for customs and their customer care team had the money straight back into my account to cover the cost and advised me to go back to her if any issues with second parcel. Should out to Janett!! Thank you

Colis jamais reçu ! J’ai commandé sur le site morphe le 5 juillet et le 15 septembre je n’avais toujours rien reçu ! J’ai échangé avec le service client qui n’a absolument pas fait avancé les choses ! Je ne recommande pas ce site !
