ZERO STARS!!!!! I orderer two weeks ago and they still have not shipped it. And they won't answer my mails. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! And no info or update why ny order is taking so long. This Covid-19 explanation is total BS because every other brand or shop manages to send orders at normal time! Never buying from Morphe EU again!!!

I ordered two palettes on sale on August 20th, have since emailed twice, and was given the run around please allow more time , still processing. I asked for my order to be cancelled and for me to be refunded,was told that may or may not happen and the palettes may ship before the refund request is processed. Reading others reviews I doubt I will ever receive my order or a refund, it will be a lengthy process anyway... Worst company ever.

I ordered brushes and a palette from the store on august 13, it’s sept 7 and I still haven’t received my order. I placed two more orders on august 20, one of which was shipped and now sitting at anpost for me to pay custom fees. I contacted support to cancel my august 13 order and just refund me my money and they have chosen to ignore it. For custom fees it’s been 4 days since I sent them the details and they’ve ghosted out on me. I think it’s best to assume I’ve lost €150 euros. I don’t have any hope they will give me my money back. Save yourself, shop somewhere else.

Une honte, 1 commandes de passées (1x 47€ et 1x48,80€ donc faites le Calcul…) 2 commandes puisque je n’ai jamais reçu la confirmation pour la première qui a enfait été débité après. C’était une commande pour mon anniversaire (le 3 septembre) au final, 15 jours après AUCUNS mails rien, le service client me répond que ma commande a été perdue et qu’ils sont désolés. Une blague? Sur 2 commandes? Et je tombe sur ce site en voyant des centaines d’avis de personnes qui se sont faites arnaquer comme moi. Pourtant ces pinceaux sont géniales mais PLUS JAMAIS CE SITE !

Do una stella perché non si può dare meno, assolutamente non comprate su questo sito, ho fatto un ordine il 23 luglio e ancora non è arrivato nulla, ho scritto tantissime cose email e mi hanno detto che il pacco è andato perduto, quando ho chiesto di volere il rimborso sono scomparsi e non rispondono più alle email. Veramente pessimi, è solo una truffa non acquisterò mai più da loro.

J’ai été vraiment réticente lorsque j’ai lu tout les mauvais avis en rapport à la livraison. Pour ma part j’ai reçu mes produits en moins de deux semaines.

Bonjour, J’avoue que j’ai eu extrêmement peur car j’ai lu les avis après ma toute première commande. J’ai même demandé à annuler. Mais j’ai été plus que surprise par la rapidité du service client, de leur réponse et leur réassurance Achat le 22 août, expédition le 23 pour une estimation de réception le 03 septembre! Commande reçue le 3 SEPTEMBRE! Alors juste merci!
