Delivery was 5 days which is not too bad as expectations were managed. I do believe online images of colours on palettes slightly deceptive.

J’ai commandé une première fois sur morphe 2 c’est arrivé en 1 semaine et 2 jours et la ma deuxième commande était censé être livré aujourd’hui mais je n’ai toujours pas de mail comme quoi le colis est arrivé en France 😕 je fait le bilan mercredi prochain !

Elsker min nye palette, og børster. Det hele kom også til tiden. De mister dog 2 stjerne for ikke at have droppet James Charles fuldt endnu. DO BETTER.

I ordered from the website and did not see these reviews until after I had ordered. I was very nervous and concerned after reading the reviews. I ordered 3 separate orders, did not get any correspondence about them and after 3 weeks I received 2 of my 3 orders today. They were in perfect condition and no issue, am hopeful my 3rd order will arrive soon.

Ordered 2 pallets on 6th December and received no tracking information despite email confirmation that product had been dispatched by morphe. After reading reviews here I was very nervous about delivery. Contacted customer care on December 14th and to be fair they responded promptly. Found out items were sitting in Hermès hub since 9th dec. Once customer service involved I could then see the tracking and items began to move. Delivered today and items were as ordered so I am very happy. However,I think had I not sent 5 emails and chased up the order then these items would still be sitting in a sorting warehouse but maybe this was all down to Christmas rush. It’s hard to know. I am very happy with the product though.

Morphe n'est pas un site frauduleux. J'avais par le passé plusieurs fois commandé et mes commandes étaient toujours arrivées. Cette fois ci non. J'ai commandé mi mai et j'ai été remboursée automatiquement début août. C'est certes long pour un remboursement mais j'ai été remboursée.

Non so come la merce mi sia arrivata integra. Il pacco era totalmente disintegrato con addirittura due angoli APERTI! L'ho accettato solo perché ero esasperata dall'attesa ma fortunatamente la palette e i pennelli che avevo ordinato c'erano. La palette è di OTTIMA qualità (nessuna cialda rotta) e anche i pennelli mi piacciono molto ma l'imballo è assolutamente da rivedere! Dovrebbero usare scatole più rigide anche se all'interno sono riempiti di sacchetti ad aria. Vorrei tanto riordinare qualcosa da loro ma sono sinceramente preoccupata sia per l'attesa (ok la pandemia e tutto, ma da quando hanno spedito ci ha messo più di un mese ad arrivare) che per l'imballo! Li informerò nuovamente dell'accaduto sperando cambino le scatole. Ah, altra cosa. Servizio clienti praticamente assente. L'unica nota positiva è stato il corriere (Hermes) che mi ha telefonato mezz'ora prima di presentarsi chiedendomi se ci fosse qualcuno a casa.

Giving 3 stars because of my order arrived and it was at a great price but it took a ridiculous amount of time to come (I ordered when they had the james charles products on sale) it took over a month to arrive! I was left in the dark with this order. No tracking number.. no delivery time frame it just arrived when it wanted to! I have a fair feeling they didn't have enough stock for the sale they had on! If so they could have just said and I would have understood! I have had all my other orders delivered from the UK to Ireland in a week max and even under the covid 19 circumstances! I did try to email on several occasions but my emails bounced back!!(got an email from the actual email company to tell me this.. crazy stuff). Disappointed in their customer service! Makes me very hesitant to order from here again which is a pain because I love their products!
