I’ve been waiting for my order to come for 2 months now. I tried emailing the company and they won’t respond. Never shopping here again

I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews first before I ordered,because I would've never order from them. I ordered my James Charles palette in April, "it was sent" on April 20th and should have come in the middle of June, but ofc it didn't. I wrote them an email, they asked for my order number, and I sent them, and nothing. I, again sent them an email asking for a refund, nothing. I'm ordering for the first and the last time from them!

Non so come la merce mi sia arrivata integra. Il pacco era totalmente disintegrato con addirittura due angoli APERTI! L'ho accettato solo perché ero esasperata dall'attesa ma fortunatamente la palette e i pennelli che avevo ordinato c'erano. La palette è di OTTIMA qualità (nessuna cialda rotta) e anche i pennelli mi piacciono molto ma l'imballo è assolutamente da rivedere! Dovrebbero usare scatole più rigide anche se all'interno sono riempiti di sacchetti ad aria. Vorrei tanto riordinare qualcosa da loro ma sono sinceramente preoccupata sia per l'attesa (ok la pandemia e tutto, ma da quando hanno spedito ci ha messo più di un mese ad arrivare) che per l'imballo! Li informerò nuovamente dell'accaduto sperando cambino le scatole. Ah, altra cosa. Servizio clienti praticamente assente. L'unica nota positiva è stato il corriere (Hermes) che mi ha telefonato mezz'ora prima di presentarsi chiedendomi se ci fosse qualcuno a casa.

I looked at these reviews only after ordering, so I was horrified and expected the worst. Other than the package being stuck with Hermes for about 4 days, which is understandable right now, everything went smoothly! It took 8 days from ordering for the package to arrive via DPD. The eyeshadow wasn't damaged, the package was sealed and padded well.

Acquisto online da anni e non mi è MAI capitata un'esperienza così negativa! Sono pessimi! Ho fatto un'ordine il 22 maggio, e ad oggi (26 giugno) non ho ricevuto niente! Si sono presi i miei soldi e non ho nulla in mano, non rispondono alle mail, il pacchetto sembra sparito nel nulla...questa si chiama truffa! Ho provato a contattare il corriere senza risolvere...si affidano a Hermes che è il peggiore sulla faccia della terra! Per lavoro mi occupo di logistica e vi assicuro che non ho mai visto un disservizio del genere! Mi spiace perchè sono amante del makeup ed ho già altri prodotti Morphe (acquistati su altri siti) ma dopo questa con me hanno chiuso. Non acquisterò mai più niente di questo marchio perchè mi sento presa in giro! Se proprio volete acquistare, trovate alcuni dei loro prodotti su altri shop online. aggiornamento: oggi 10 luglio il tracking code dice che il pacco è andato perso. Nessuno risponde alle mie email e non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso. In pratica ho perso i soldi. Farò presente alla polizia postale quanto accaduto perchè trattasi di truffa. Tra l'altro hanno rimosso le recensioni dalla loro pagina FB, ma se andate sotto i loro post di Instagram troverete molta gente infuriata come me. Fate attenzione e se proprio decidete di dar loro i vostri soldi, pagate con Paypal, che vi tutela.

Giving 3 stars because of my order arrived and it was at a great price but it took a ridiculous amount of time to come (I ordered when they had the james charles products on sale) it took over a month to arrive! I was left in the dark with this order. No tracking number.. no delivery time frame it just arrived when it wanted to! I have a fair feeling they didn't have enough stock for the sale they had on! If so they could have just said and I would have understood! I have had all my other orders delivered from the UK to Ireland in a week max and even under the covid 19 circumstances! I did try to email on several occasions but my emails bounced back!!(got an email from the actual email company to tell me this.. crazy stuff). Disappointed in their customer service! Makes me very hesitant to order from here again which is a pain because I love their products!

Déçue que la marque a arrêtée d'être cruelty free.. beaucoup de clientèle en moins. Normal quand on peut éviter les tests sur les animaux on le fait.

Ordered for €130 on may 9th, and got a tracking number on the 21st saying my order is shipped. When I check the tracking number it says: Awaiting receipt, we're expecting your parcel. I haven't received anything. I've emailed three times and all three times they did not respond. I eventually got an (automated general) email saying that they are sorry bla bla and that if my issue isn't resolved I have to replay back to the email and I did. This is two weeks ago, still no word form Morphe . I also tried calling them and waited 30 minutes on the phone and eventually hang up because it's expensive to call from the Netherlands. I did not expect this off a company like Morphe, this is the first and last time I ordered here. I know there is a pandemic going on (for months now) you should think that company's know how to work around this. The worst customer service. I will try and see if I can get my money back trough Paypal.
