I have a similar, bad experience with this company. I placed my order mid of April and I waited for 2 months, with no response. The status of my order was ''just shipped'' for two months!! At the beginning of June, I called them, because they didn't respond to any of my emails. The lady said that she would refund me the full amount and that I have to wait 2-5 days for the refund process to my bank account. Its been a month. Nο refund still!!!I have to call again. DONT SHOP FROM THERE!!

3 emails sent for an issue with an order and no answer. Non-existent customer service whatosever.

Bought my sister a Jeffrey palette for her birthday but she had asked another friend for the same one, therefore I returned it. I have emailed 3 times, written on their insta page, messages on insta, messaged on Facebook and tried calling. It’s been 4 weeks and I’ve still not received a refund. I have the receipt from the post office return and evidence of the order. Will not be buying from morphe again.

J’ai commandé 2 palette à des dates différentes, la première commandé le 27/03 reçu 2 semaines après (confinement) elle était en très bon état. L’autre commandé le 01/05 et reçu presque 2 mois après. J’avais envoyé 3/4 mails car plus aucun suivi et jamais aucune réponse et quand on l’as reçu le carton du colis était arraché et le carton protégeant la palette aussi, la palette et abîmé, j’ai donc aussi envoyé des mails et toujours aucune réponse. Donc première commande tous c’est bien passé mais pour la deuxième pas du tout, service client pas au point.

Finally got the chance to purchase the 350 artistry palette from Morphe...It is really beautiful, was just a bit disappointed on the condition it was in when received... It is a very good buy, no regrets.

I wish i had read these reviews before i orderd from this webshop.. bought The James Charles palette 3 weeks ago and still have not recieved it. Been sending e-mails to The customer service and im not getting any response. I wish i will get my order but after i have seen all these reviews im not very hopefull

Commande du 20 mars dernier toujours pas reçue. Au bout d'un mois et demie je m'inquiète de n'avoir toujours brune reçu et plus de suivi de colis. La marque m'indique alors que le colis a été retourné a leur entrepôt et qu'ils ont revendu la marchandise. Et donc ce que j'avais commandé soldé n'était plus en stock. Incroyable ... Ils me remboursent donc les produits plus disponible (a mon plus grand désespoir) et me réexpédie les autres articules. Le colis est parti de chez eux le 22 mai dernier. Nous somme le 2 juillet et toujours rien. Je viens de demander le remboursement intégral de ma commande. Quelle perte de temps !

DÉÇUE !!!! J’ai reçu mon colis après 1 mois et demi d’attente, puis j’ai reçu des palettes dans un état pitoyables, 2 d’entres elles étaient cassées. Depuis maintenant le mois d’avril , j’essaie de contacter le service morphe qui reste injoignable jusqu’à maintenant. Je suis très très déçue et je compte bien me faire entendre.
