Do not order from this website! Ordered and paid for an item on the 27th Jan, it's now the 19th Feb. I didn't get a confirmation email so after a few days I chased customer services and then they suddenly 'dispatched' the item. Unfortunately it gets worse from here, my parcel was stuck in Birmingham for a whole week under DPD so I chased them for an update, it turns out that Billabong did not provide the correct shipping information (due to Brexit but Billabong knew about this) and therefore if they don't provide the correct details it will be returned back their warehouse. So, I emailed Billabong for an answer and the next steps and guess what, no response, nothing. Looks like I'm not getting my item or my money back. After reading previous reviews, I'm pretty sure that this is a scam than a genuine one-off mistake. UPDATE: Still no response. Looking at other reviews it seems like we all need to report them to trading standards.

Same a most of the others on here. Money out of my account, order hasn't arrived some 3 weeks after purchase - stated 3-5 days when purchased. Try to chase them, but their email inbox rejects emails as it is 'full'.

Ordered a coat on the 14th of January and the item was not delivered to the 3rd of February after I had to chase Billabong for an update and a tracking code. Any email was meet with a standard response about delays due to EU regulations, it would have helped if they just gave a personal update, then some random statement. The coat was too large and the online measurement tool was very unhelpful to help you select the correct size, after such a long wait I no longer need the coat. The return process has been very slow, 7 days and no reply or an email confirming they have received the item. I have sent another email in hope of some response, they have a long way to go in dealing with customers and communications, I would advise saving your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a coat on the 28th December and the tracking wasn't working. After numerous emails requesting a new tracking code I was advised on the 6th January my order had been rejected by border control due to new EU regulations and was being refunded and to place a new order. I did this immediately. I then received no dispatch email for weeks. My order status was stuck at pending. No response from any of my emails to the customer services requesting an update. Thankfully the order was eventually delivered on the 1st February. I am still waiting for an explanation to why it took over a month from my original order date for it to arrive. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service.

Orders returned and delivered chatted 3 times and still no refund... these were gifts that were delivered late after the holiday so we sent ALL back, took over 2 weeks to get there now 2 weeks later still not one cent refunded. Same speech 7-10 days for return processing yada yada yesterday was “business” day 10.... my husband is out $379.... it’s now February...NEVER AGAIN

My dress arrived as I expected but I returned the item on the 24/01/2021. I’ve heard nothing since and my emails are not being delivered. Anyone else had the same issues?

Die ware war nicht wie dargestellt und viel zu groß. Ich wollte sie zurückschicken, allerdings lag meiner Bestellung nur ein belgisches Retourenlabel bei. Dieses konnte ich in Deutschland nicht verwenden. Nachdem ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben hatte und ewig keine Antwort bekam, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich den Rückversand selbst übernehmen muss. Dieser beträgt fast die Hälfte des Artikelpreises! So erreicht die Firma vermutlich, dass die Ware nicht zurück gesendet wird, weil KäuferInnen von den hohen Kosten abgeschreckt werden. Das finde ich eine riesige Unverschämtheit und ich würde jedem/jeder davon abraten, dort zu bestellen. Wirklich eine durch und durch enttäuschende Erfahrung!

Three weeks and still not received my order. Had an email today asking me to review the item.. bit difficult when it hasn’t even arrived yet.
