The order process was quite easy and opposite to the other reviews, received my order within 5 days. I ordered a swimsuit that didn't really fit and also not really match the description online. I decided to return and was fascinated that in the 21st century there are still companies that let you pay for the return yourself. Also for one question that I sent to them last year regarding a surf lycra I haven't received an answer until now. Needles to say that I ended up buying one from Rip Curl then. That was seriously the last time that I ordered with Billabong, never again.

Do not go near Billabong. I waited weeks for my orders then when I received the quality and shape was so bad that I send 2 x parcels straight back, have emailed so many times and have heard nothing back. 1 months from first parcel and no refund and 2 weeks on 2nd parcel. Nearly £200 I'm waiting for. Absolutely furious with this company.. If anyone has any ideas on how to get to them another way then I would be grateful to know as can't see any UPDATE got my refund everyone. I shouted and screamed on Instagram. They had no choice but to refund me. I suggest everyone does the same..

Poor quality clothes, long waiting times for delivery, shockingly poor customer service. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. Avoid at all cost!!!

Made order on 28/01/21 not received poor customer service no replies to emails after contacting shipping company was told parcel had insufficient electronic data so was being returned to supplier. Further emails no correspondence received 😡😡😡😡do not use this company unless you want thin air

Ordered some items in December, they arrived a month late so I sent them back straight away and I'm still waiting for my refund - it's now March and has been going on for three months, I've been emailing constantly but absolutely no reply and no refund - I can't imagine I'll see that £90 again. DO NOT buy from them, they don't care about customers and will take your money. What's even more annoying is that they still think it's appropriate to constantly target me on social media and email with constant ads, yet they clearly can't deliver the service. They should use their ad money to pay customers the money they owe them.

Commande Retour reçu par billabong il y a 1 mois et pas encore de remboursement. Le pire c'est l'absence de communication. Formulaire de contact qui soit ne fonctionne pas ou alors service client qui ignore les messages. Rien d'autre pour les contacter! Aucune solution pour se faire rembourser. Ces Problèmes sont constants avec les retours c'est honteux pour une enseigne internationale. commande 100116640
