Don’t order! Waited weeks for my order, of which one item had just been cancelled and I hadn’t been notified. The dresses were poor quality so I returned via Hermes a month ago and I still haven’t had the return processed or any contact to customer service acknowledged. I’m £120 down. Avoid at all costs.

Ich hatte bei Billabong als Gast bestellt. Alles war viel, viel zu groß. Also zurückschicken. Leider nicht umsonst und auch etwas unübersichtlich wohin man es schicken soll. Auf der Internetseite findet sich nur ein Kontaktformular, da gab es aber nie eine Antwort. Also schickte ich das Paket an die deutsche Adresse in Köln, sie ich auf der Website fand. Nach 2 Wochen bekam ich Panik, als ich hier die Bewertungen las, da ich noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten hatte. Aber nach 2,5 Wochen gab es eine Mail, dass mein Paket angekommen sei und alles erstattet wird. Denke durch corona werden die Pakete erst zwischengelagert. Also chillt mal Leute. Trotzdem würde ich mir einen besseren Kundenservice wünschen. Bestelle jetzt wieder bei zalando, da gibt's auch Billabong.

No contact from them at all . Lost £200. AVOID!!!

I ordered swimwear off billabong in January. It took over a month to arrive, not arriving until late February. I returned the items and over a month later I have still not heard anything back from them. None of my emails have been answered and the phone number provided is not in service. Shocking customer service and no way to get in contact with them.

Gosh, now reading all the other reviews, I see I'm not alone in their shocking customer service. I've ordered online twice before covid/brexit and didn't need to return those items. One item came quick enough while the other took a while but I thought I was just too spoiled with Amazon Prime and didn't think much of it. In December I ordered some more items; they came super quick like in 48 hours. I thought they'd never come with the Christmas rush so was very happily surprised but had to send one item back and there it fell apart. Took 3 months to get money back. Only one response to my email which was in English but made no sense at all. I only learned about the refund by checking my credit card statement. My sons really like their clothes (when they fit) and we got a great backpack, but I won't buy from them again until they sort out their problems.

Poor customer service. I’ve sent emails and get no response. Can’t get through on the phone. Sadly will not be using them again. Expensive products and brought down by really shoddy service and weeks and weeks of waiting for orders to be shipped. Just not good enough.

I have used billabong for years love there stuff but not anymore. I ordered some T-shirt’s on the 28/1/2021 and I have received nothing I got one email back that didn’t help at all, they were basically asking me to track my own order when it’s there responsibility to get the items to me not the other way round. Recently checked the tracker and it’s going back to the billabong warehouse and I have no money back in my account and after 2 more emails I’ve had no reply so they are getting reported tomorrow. Companys are blaming covid and brexit on everything, if it’s to much trouble stop selling items from your website and shut your doors stop messing people around. Your sent these items nearly 2 months ago sort it out your a mess.

For such a reputable brand, I am actually horrified, as the service is on par with scammers .....BILLABONG are you SCAMMERS? Two orders placed on the 24/26 of Feb totaling £233.50, I have received an email confirmation I placed the order, they have taken my money in two transactions £191.00 and £42.50, yet my orders do not show in my Billabong account for me to track. I have not received my items and despite contacting them over 10 days ago and following up by email and phone which doesn't work, I have still not received a response. I am now £233 out of pocket and without my items I had purchased for the summer. Either refund me or send my order, its that simple. Appalling customer service.
