Etana approval process takes forever
I had applied for approval from etana custody through kraken exchange over a month ago and there still hasn't been any response or communication from the team (ticket id: 136867). It makes me wonder if using Kraken is even worth the hassle. I can't even imagine how long deposits and withdrawals are going to take. I think it's best to avoid Kraken and Etana altogether until this mess is sorted out.

Worthless!!! Don't think twice, just search for other option!
Same here. Waiting long long time for account to be fully opened. Besides the fact that it is listed on KRAKEN or BINANCE it is useless (counting the validation period time) and unfortunately looks like .... . Email notification, ticket and no response from support! Before opening your account just think twice. Would you wait a month for your account to be opened? If you are counting that it will make your life fast easier, just search for other option.

Horrible service
Horrible service. I began the process in Feb - been almost a month. Not sure why Kraken has partnered with this company. I even put in a support case 2 days ago, no response

Frustration 101
As with other reviews, my experience has been less than favorable. There has been no response from Etana Custody since the initial sign-up email expressing 'apologies' for the delay in processing my verification application, dating back to Feb 26, 2021. After (2) ticket submittals, I have yet to receive any response from Etana Custody.

I agree with the rest of the posters,
I agree with the rest of the posters, "We are reviewing your information and will notify you when your account is approved." I thought etana was for ach, I recently found it it's wire transfer only and need to add a different bank for wire. Now I'm worried this will take weeks to months or never at all.

Slow Verification Process
Same situation as most of the people here...started the application process on March 1st and have been waiting for verification since. This experience doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that funding/trading on this platform will be a snag-free process.

Horrendous Approval Wait Time
I created an account on the Feb 9th and it's now March 13th and still nothing. I've submitted 2 tickets and they were both closed with nothing being done. Tickets- 89956, 113006
