The sign-up process is a pain. Various errors. Address complete that completes the address but then you either can't save it or it isn't complete when you are able to save it. Even though it was fully completed by their tool. Customer service is cold and only sends standard replies blaming the customer for not using the right browser (tried many browser you are supposed to support, mate) or other reasons. But once you're past the sign-up hurdle the service works perfectly, although transfers do take a long time and costs aren't always clear.

I gave Etana 3 stars and not 5 stars because, YES, they solved my issue but it took them months, literally. ( and I´m not exaggerating). So, yeah, it´s a good service , I just wish it was faster. Miha K. Comarella from Brazil

Until now I only had very positive expiriences with Etana custody. Waiting Times for deposit, withdrawal and help with the support Tickets were always acceptable if not even more than acceptable. In the contrary to many reviews here I was quite happy with the service. But now I have written a new support Ticket and it's been two weeks and nobody has responded yet. Otherwise I would have given this review five stars.

I had transferred funds to my Etana account. They did not arrive at first. Meanwhile the original purpose of the transfer was no longer existent. Then my funds were found and I issued a recall request which Etanas bank received. The return of my funds could have been done in 7 days if everything went smoothly but it took 4 weeks. During that time there was a period of 9 days when no one responded to my requests. I guess that Etana´s support team is at times understaffed. But I want to point out that Ryan's support was factual and helpful. I have received my funds and everything is fine.

Hi there. Straight up, I'm writing this in the hopes of getting a response to my ticket and a resolution for withdraw 625772931 from Kraken. Kraken advertises Etana's withdraws as "instant". After a half dozen withdraws, I can confirm that Etana's withdraws appear to be 10-14 days, but that is with Constant engagement from me, I have no doubt the many stories below of 1-2 months are quite accurate without constant followup. I have no reason to believe Etana is fraudulent, although the behaviour right now is unbelievably similar to my Quadriga account before they went belly up. What's up Etana? What's the actual holdup that customers are experiencing here? It's not a coincidence with the rating on Trustpilot. The first step is admitting you have a problem. Are you understaffed in administration? Is the bank creating obstacles? Is there an audit going on? I can sympathize that any legit company who deals in crypto will be dealt unnecessary roadblocks. Some clarity around this would be very helpful because current service levels are very Quadriga-like and it would be good to understand how this situation is different, thank you. EDIT: This issue was dealt with very shortly after posting on Trustpilot. Rating is bumped up to a 3, as the help is appreciated and it is good to know that there is a method of getting resolution. It is very hard to give a rating higher than 3 when a wire transfer takes 2+ weeks. But, at least if you get in a jam there is a way to get it resolved and that is something.

Etana asked some general information for account review. After answer, my account's disabled on 5th June 2021 without telling reason and my money's still in account. Worse, I've got no reply from support for 4 days already, making me worried and wonder it if they are stealing my money. Ticket number #224889 **My mistake. Support reach out to me on 7th to return the money but email 's hard to find. Still, no idea why they disable account.

I've been waiting since 2021-05-13 11:34:52 for support to answer to a ticket. Not sure why they take all that time to reply and approve accounts. Ticket number: 197949 EDIT: After this review, they kindly replied and solved the issue. Will give them more points for that
