I uploaded verification documents and redacted the account information by mistake. Customer service requested a reupload. Once documents were uploaded customer service replied within 45 mins approving account for full trading. Great security features as well. ACH bank transfers is a needed addition on exchange. I hope this is added soon

It took a while, as I had expected....approximately a month.....but that was largely due to me not being able to reply to their inquiries right away and on one occasion having to request a document from a Government Agency. I found the process was prompt on their end, and professional.....not their fault they have to be so thorough, its the world we live in !

I have decided to close my account before approval. The wait can't be worth it. No serious company disrespects their clients by not answering service requests and not following industry standards of swift, albeit thorough, due diligence. Not worth my time nor money.
