I have been waiting for just over two weeks and still counting to have my account validation complete. Etana Custody service is absolutely poor and unacceptable. I have already submitted an official complaint to the exchange which uses them as a partner. Ticket: 170057

Like experienced by many others, wait times are unacceptable. In my case, I'm waiting to reset the 2 factor authentication. This process should be very straight forward but even after 4 days, I haven't heard back from them. Markets don't sleep! I assume their customer service is overwhelmed and they are too cheap to hire additional personnel. Edit: Etana customer service replied within an hour of this initial review => thank you => bumped rating from 1 to 3 stars!

I have been waiting for a funding account to be approved for 3 weeks, submitted two tickets and one email and no response nor update whatsoever. There are nobody from the online chat, no one from the facebook chat, cannot message on tweeter, and no phone number. This is sooooo bad. Why does Kraken use them at all.

I enrolled in Etana because Kraken requires it. Needless to say, I am closing both accounts. Etana's registration/verification process is so bad that I don't want to do business with either company. It takes forever, literally weeks to verify a bank account. Unheard of in 2021. While you're forced to wait, the markets don't wait for you. Etana also gives you no feedback or an estimated wait time. But I understand nobody would sign up if they disclosed that the whole process took weeks. Stay away from Etana and until Kraken switches to a different fintech partner, stay away from them too!

I created an individual profile on March 5. On April 22 I am still awaiting my profile to be verified. I have submitted a follow up request on March 19 - I received a response on March 22 that they are taking some extra time but my account will be forwarded to support specialists. I requested a follow up again on April 16, which has received no response. At this point even a rejection of my verification documents would be some progress. I don't understand how this can possibly take a month. Buyer beware, if you can find another way to move your money, it will be much faster. ticket numbers 141663 and 172303, if anyone at Etana cares to actually move this matter forward.

At first, Etana was quick to verify my ID. But once I requested to link my Binance account. It takes almost 2 weeks now. Just yesterday, they responded immediately to my deposit ticket. What is this? You guys simply care about money INTO Etana, and not out of Etana? My ticket number is 160791. This is your last chance to maintain a good name.

Yes, seems they checked your DNA! I just submitted an application, but don't want to wait for two months! My ticket number is 187135. Hope to get some help from here to get approval sooner. Wait for funding my account! Update: I received an email the day after I submitted the application. Ask me to submit more supporting documents. Their processing speed is very fast! I have submitted the documents as required and am now waiting for approval. Hope to get it soon!
