I did open a Kraken Account just fine without any issues until I was asked to register at Etana so I can deposit my money!Etana does not work with Google authorisation and Authy too!Giving just error all times!If you open this kind of service for people at lest they can create it to work-there isn’t excuse in the world to do not be made!Why exist just stop and close so someone else create one which work,

Edit to add: After posting a review on here, Etana swiftly approved my funding account so I have increased my rating. It is a pity that it took this to get things moving. I initially had no issues with Etana Custody but have resorted to writing a negative review in order to get some sort of response. I have been waiting for months for account approval. My queries using the ticketing system have gone unanswered. My ticket number is 133484.

I am an experience trader, international broker, with over 5 years experience in the international transfers industry as well as KYC processed for both corporate and personal accounting service. This will be an objective review of the Etana Service, considering my experience with them compared to other exchanges / companies / banks / custodial services. Etana is well positioned in terms of guaranteeing your privacy for digital assets, and the fact that they provide a custodial service will not necessarily flag you for dealing with crypto, which is a VERY positive side for Etana. Their support may be quite limited in certain cases due to the fact that they may prioritise customers with 100k + regular transfers (my view) therefore not putting enough recourses for 1000 USD transfers etc.. they do not work 24/7 so it seems, but in my case the overall customer service has been positive, on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them 8 score because, although quite a few miscommunication emails happened, I value my privacy more than anything else. With regard to speed, they are definitely not the first one in the market, and their website definitely needs upgrades and a thorough review, but as far as I am concerned no funds have ever disappeared and I am transferring around 50-100k USD at a time ( that is maybe why I an looked after properly). When evaluating a digital asset services we need to take into consideration that the service itself may be having a tough time with regard to banking, due to most of the banks not supporting crypto at all. However this may not be an excuse for Etana to delay answers / approve/reject KYC applications, it is quite important to know this as a general rule. Personally I have been a customer since over 2 years now and I am keeping using it because they have a solid international structure in my view. I hope that they will bring changes forward to communication clarity and increase the customer service team, however it is hard since they don’t charge anything by for the transfers and that is another great point at their advantage. Stay away from Etana if you can, everything takes way more time than they claim and come up with excuses about being busy, I have opened up several tickets with no responses for weeks. All of my tickets have been closed with no response or resolutions from Etana, Customer service would get negative stars if it were possible. Ticket #s do not matter. #202425

Account approval process went smooth. Second approval is for linking the exchange, still pending. Once account is approved it should be easier to link to an exchange. I created a ticket 201439 for this. Thanks KR Fede EDIT: Impossible to link the exchange, the process is bugged. The issue is not solved

I applied for an etana account through kraken but it is still showing as pending review after 38 days. I have given all the information asked but I get no reply to my ticket 193289. I am not enjoying this experience at all and not sure if it is worth the hassle.
