Like all financial institutions it takes a while to complete the KYC clearances, but the support people are great. They usually respond within a day or two. I have been happy with their warm and intelligent responses. No chat bots here. They are opening a branch in Colorado, USA. That should make transfers even easier. Although some transfers from Germany to Etana are completed within 1 day.

It's been 3 months since I've applied and I'm still waiting. It ruined many of my financial plans and everything is idle for months now because of this "delay". EDIT: they did get in contact with me, and the first deposit was a success with a slight time-delay. Then on my second deposit, the wire transfer was sent back to me, with no notification, no reason and my bank made sure it was an issue from their side... So issue after issue, I don't know how this company is still functioning and still having customers. Will switch from Kraken just because of Etana.
