I applied for an account with Etana in May of 2021 so i could deposit and withdraw from my Kraken account a few months ago, and they are still reviewing my application. This is unacceptable. Obviously I found other ways to more quickly move money. I now prefer to use MVB bank, it happens much faster and it costs only $4 to withdraw USD into a separate account. I see no reason for people to use Etana.

Others who were that “lucky” to attempt using Etana - hit me up via PM here or tdotmeslashdreamECT - let’s file a joint claim Colorado Division of Banking & FINRA! Tried to withdraw funds using Etana to Revolut account in GBP. It’s already been 9 days after an email with confirmation of the withdrawal and still got no money on my account. Seems like “Etana Custody” is a one-man company so there is no one to process customer support queries. Additionally it’s a pity that they more often answer to reviews here than answer urgent questions under support case. Still no money and no response. Company providing services doesn’t even have a phone number to reach them! Case #252421
