UK I wish I had read reviews before I ordered as I never in a million years though Estée Lauder would be like this! Ordered £100 worth of product 2 weeks ago. Had a confirmation email and that’s it. Online chat isn’t working ( 7th day now) my emails have been unanswered and after finally getting through to someone after 40 mins on hold, I was told they can see my order and all they can do is apologise for the delay. Won’t refund me and won’t tell me when it will be sent! It’s absolute madness from such a high profile company

Placed an order 26th Dec, email confirming it is being packed 29th and now 8 days later absolutely nothing after being told despatch would be within three days. Customer service by virtual means is a total joke as all they do is state the obvious but do not explain why they do not meet their own service levels. No matter how good their products might be the service is rubbish.

AVOID- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - service completely inferior to market competitors. Placed my first ever order over 1 wk ago and other than the order confirmation I have already received no further communication advising if the order had been despatched or delayed etc. Waited for 90 mins for a live web chat and gave up. Telephone customer services, sat in a call queue fir 45 mins to be told by a less than useless rep Elena that the order maybe despatched or may NOT be despatched this week. When I asked to speak to a manager she disconnected the call. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

Bisher habe ich zwei Bestellungen im Onlineshop von Estee Lauder getätigt. Das erste Mal fehlte eine der versprochenen Zugaben. Ich reklamierte telefonisch und schriftlich. Ohne Ergebnis. Bei der zweiten Bestellung im Dezember 2020 lag dann gar keine Probe bei. Wieder tel. Und schriftlich reklamiert: leider ohne Erfolg. Fazit: Offensichtlich kann man froh sein, dass wenigstens die Lieferung kommt, auf die Versprechungen hinsichtlich Gratiszugaben ist kein Verlass.

Ordine effettuato in data 29/11/2020 e non ancora ricevuto. Possono capitare gli inconvenienti con gli acquisti online ma ci si aspetta un minimo di assistenza da parte dell'azienda per la rissoluzione del problema. Assistenza che Estèe Lauder non prevede a quanto sembra. Qui manca qualsiasi comunicazione altroché assistenza. Meglio continuare ad acquistare dai rivenditori ufficiali del Marchio. Primo e ultimo acquisto sul loro shop.

Their customer care it's awful. I have order some items on 22 December and I paid overnight shipping. It has been 8 days and I still did not received my package. I called their customer care to talk with an supervisor and they said they will call me in 24 hours. No one called me back and after 3 days of calling them constantly, some supervisor named Molly told me that the order has not been delivered and that they dont have it in stock. I asked for my money back and they did not refund the full amount I paid. I also asked for a contact number for a manager and they refused to provide me one. This company needs to work on their customer support care. I do not reccomend.
