Bring back the old formula for the double wear. This crap melts off like crazy in the AZ heat, doesnt cover even a quarter as well, its runny and cheap. The color isnt even the same!!!! Stop being greedy and just make a good product. If you've had the same product since the 90s, if it ain't broke dont fix it. So dumb.

I have been a faithful customer and sworn by the double wear foundation for 20 years. The last time I ordered my foundation, I received the "New, improved formula" NOTHING IMPROVED ABOUT THIS FORMULA! IT IS WATERY, COLIR ISN'T THE SAME, NO COVERAGE WHATSOEVER! I think it sucks that they didn't leave the old formula to be available to the customers who have been using this product for decades! I would've literally bought ever bottle of pebble that I could've gotten my hands on! Now, I will never purchase anything else from Estee Lauder! Very disappointed! Bad thing is, legally, they could've left it on the shelf and available until next year! Bad business Estee Lauder! Good luck with your GenZ approach, and your crappy formula!

Terrible online customer service! I ordered and the wrong product was sent to me and I have trying for over a week to get a return shipping label for a refund and have been unable they keep saying it will be emailed in 24 hours.

I bought a lipstick half price from hondos shop Athens Greece . After 3 days the lipstick broke. It stayed on my lips not more than an hour. Very bad experience. I will never buy anything from estee Lauder again !

My foundation match via another brand’s colour wasn’t matched correctly, the online chat directed me to a Sephora store for direct return. However this was incorrect. I now had to pay $22.00 dollars to return the item. Horrible customer service, unless you already know what you’re buying don’t risk it!!

I wish i could give them a zero. Made an order back in june and no delivery until today. They keep saying the order is stuck at their warehouse. I keep asking for a refund and they keep telling me the order is on its way. I do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them ever again.
