Ordered from Boots two face moisturisers. They arrived with out packaging, in a huge box so they rattled around with nothing to protect them. They arrived dented and dirty. Boots customer service was very much we don’t care. They were in such a state they could not be gifted. Don’t order Estée Lauder products from Boots. In fact if you want your products to turn up in one piece don’t use Boots

Ho ordinato per la prima volta un prodotto per un regalo di compleanno sul sito Estée Lauder, approfittando della scontistica corporate. Il pacco è stato inviato tramite Amazon 9 giorni dopo, arrivando a destinazione completamente vuoto, seppur sigillato. Chiamo subito il servizio clienti in Serbia: la consulente mi propone di rispedirmi la merce, dopo aver atteso in linea diversi minuti per verificare che i prodotti fossero in stock. Mi dice che avrei ricevuto mail riepilogativa, Arriva la mail, ma invece di confermare ciò che mi è stato detto telefonicamente, mi viene detto che non possono spedirmi l'ordine per mancanza di stock, offrendomi un codice sconto applicabile solo a determinate condizioni. Da un'azienda cosmetica high-end come Estée Lauder, mi aspetterei maggior rispetto per il cliente. Perlomeno, il servizio clienti avrebbe potuto ricontattarli per chiedermi come preferivo procedere, se con rimborso o codice sconto. Sicuramente non comprerò più da loro.

Do not buy anything from Estee Lauder online!!! If you need to modify or cancel your order you will not be able to do that and the customer service is extremely unhelpful. I've waited over two hours to get a real person to answer a chat and she told she cannot help me as the order is already placed.

Ich kaufe seit vielen Jahren das Produkt Double Wear Concealer. Jetzt habe ich bereits das vierte Mal das Problem, dass der Schaumstoff Applikator nach kurzer Zeit abgeht und im Behälter bleibt. Ich weiß, dass eine Freundin von mir, der ich damals diesen Concealer empfohlen habe, das gleiche Problem hatte und jetzt gewechselt hat.

I went into Fenwick store today in Canterbury, beautiful store with such a lovely atmosphere. The girls on the counter were lovely in the beauty section, namde you feel really welcome and took the time to understand what I was looking for. I came in to top up my double wear foundation from Estee Lauder and a lovely lady Syretta served me and told me about an amazing offer they had on advanced night repair. Syretta took the time to demostrate this on my hand and hers. Syretta is a complete credit to Estaa Lauder, her customer service is amazing and made the whole shopping trip worth while. Thank you Syretta!.

My daughter and I visited Estee Lauder within Fenwick's of Canterbury and have to say we had the most pleasurable experience being greeted by Syreeta. She truly is an inspiration to the Estee Lauder family as she really knew her products, without being over the top (like some representatives are). We came away with our purchases feeling really happy and contented with everything that we purchased (even managed to get some free samples too, which is always an added bonus)! Placed order on website 2nd July, order dispatched to Evri quickly but still not received order. I have sent 3 emails but had no reply. Disgusting behaviour, once they have your money they are not interested

Tienen una web obsoleta y un servicio de atención al cliente nefasto. El día 22/06/2025 he realizado un pedido en la web de casi 150€ y no se sabe porque no se tramito pero si se ha retenido el dinero. Llevo desde la fecha reclamando mi dinero y la única respuesta que me dan es un copia-pega. "Gracias por su interés en Estée Lauder. Le informamos que el sistema liberará el importe automáticamente en los próximos días. Esperamos haber sido de ayuda. Reciba un cordial saludo" Le llamo por teléfono y NO PUEDEN HACER NADA que hay que esperar a que el sistema libere el dinero y no saben decirme ni plazo ni nada más. No recomiendo NADA comprar en esta web ya que se lavan las mano excusándose en su sistema de pago. Pero yo como consumidora sigo sin mi dinero.
