disappointing they sell the matte powder in deep amber but do not sell the refill in the deep amber shade for (black women). I've also noticed they do not stock this colour at boots, john Lewis and other departments. Seems strange that they stock all the lighter shades but not the darker ones. There are other makeup lines that cater for all skin tones and, do not stock some and, remove others. I will stick to those.

I used to love this foundation and used it for years; however, recently something has changed and it's really bad now. The texture is chalky, it doesn't blend and it becomes patchy. Also, not to many the colour that is not the same anymore. I'm so sad and disappointed now.

My order was lost through delivery. I called customer service and they give me number to call delivery company. Worst customer service and worst company ever. I couldn’t believe, how rude they were. Customer is nothing to them. Just give them money and be quiet, even if you don’t receive order.

I ordered from Estee Lauder online and paid for shipping Thanksgiving weekend. Never received so I called December 15th. They never shipped the order, have no reason why and cannot tell me expected arrival date on phone. They said they will email me a ship date. The item is and has been in stock. Very disappointing customer service. I will not be purchasing Estee Lauder products moving forward.

¿Es una estafa? Pedí en Estée Lauder España el 01/12/2025. El cargo se realizó inmediatamente (sin el 25% de descuento anunciado para mi primera compra), pero el pedido no se está procesando (día 8). No he podido contactar con la web, el chat ni el teléfono que figuran,pero sigo recibiendo anuncios con descuentos para futuras compras. Hoy (9 de diciembre de 2025) recibí un correo electrónico sobre mi actualización a "Estado ORO" gracias a los puntos obtenidos con mi compra, lo cual solo ocurre DESPUÉS de realizar el pedido. PERO: NO encontré ningún número de seguimiento en mi cuenta de cliente, sino la nota "Pedido cancelado" y, como incentivo adicional, ¡un 20% de descuento en futuros pedidos! ¡Cuidado, cuidado, esto es claramente una estafa(solo en España?)! Lucharé por mis derechos.

I’m only giving the one star because I have to in order to write my review about Estée Lauder. Estée Lauder quit being so cheap and use a real delivery company Jitsu I’ve never heard of and it appears they have horrible ratings for delivery as well. You charge your customer so much for your products and you guys can’t even use legitimate delivery company to deliver your products to your customers very embarrassing. Estee Lauder do better step up to the plate stop being so greedy. Now you have unhappy customers like me and I’m sure many more out there. They will be leaving reviews like this. You are $1 million company. This is very embarrassing.

J'ai acheté un article pendant les soldes du Black Friday. Cette entreprise a encaissé mon paiement sans problème. N'ayant aucune nouvelle pendant quelques jours, j'ai essayé de suivre ma commande : elle n'apparaissait pas sur mon compte, malgré le paiement effectué. J'ai contacté le service client et attendu plus de 40 minutes. Après une longue discussion avec un conseiller, ils ont reconnu avoir reçu mon paiement, mais ont affirmé que leur système n'avait pas généré de commande. Ils ont donc refusé de l'expédier et m'ont proposé un remboursement. L'article que j'ai acheté est toujours disponible sur leur site web et pour le racheter, je devrais payer 60 euros supplémentaires ! Extrêmement déçu !
