After researching trike e-bikes and looking at price ranges, I found the Eskute T-300. I was amazed to find the price and specifications were comparable to e-bike starting at twice the price. Setup was easy and the end result was a beautiful E-bike trike. Customer service was excellent, shipped and received in record time.just a few days. My first ride was exceptionally smooth. I am extremely happy I found an E-Bike I totally enjoy and recommend Eskute, for a great bike and exceptional service. Good work Eskute!

Unfortunately I bought a Eskute bike on amazon
I bought a Eskute bike on amazon. It had a defective drive motor upon arrival that got progressively worse after time. I have been back and fourth with their technical support department for a week. It is motly me sending videos of the issue and them giving me menial tasks to fix the issue. It is clearly a bearing. I keep getting the run around. We spent 1400.00 got 40 miles of use. Horrible.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially after such a short usage time.
After carefully reviewing the videos you provided, our technical team’s assessment is that the noise appears to be coming from the chain and drivetrain, rather than the motor bearing itself. In some cases, dryness or debris on the chain can create a noise that sounds more serious than it actually is.
We recommend trying the following:
Clean the chain thoroughly
Apply proper bicycle chain lubricant
Check chain tension and alignment
These steps usually resolve this type of noise quickly.
That said, your concern is absolutely valid, and we do not want to give you the runaround. If the issue still persists after these steps, please let us know — we will continue to support you and, if necessary, explore further solutions to ensure your bike is working properly.

I bought the Eskute D200
I bought the Eskute D200. It was very well packaged. The assembly directions could be a bit clearer for novice ebike riders but I was able to complete the assembly myself. I watched a few videos on the bike and that helped.
My bike did have a couple of issues but customer service responded quickly and has corrected everything. They were wonderful to work with and I am very satisfied!
All in all, I am delighted with the bike. It is sturdy, the blue color is great, and it has more than enough get up and go for me!

Great looking E-bike
This is my first E-bike and I’m super pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. My boyfriend and I were able to assemble it without too much difficulty. I haven’t been able to ride it yet because we’re in sub-freezing temps but am looking forward to it! And because I was so impressed with it, I bought another one for my boyfriend’s birthday!
