I purchased a M200Plus and there is absolutely nothing about this bike could be better! 😎 It is fast, good looking and an absolute value in price. I had a small problem, but after a quick email to customer support I was contacted within 24 hours and my agent Jill was extremely helpful and answered my questions and is sending out the parts needed right away. I also used the chat feature in their portal and had questions answered in real time. Very helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this bicycle to anyone looking for an awesome ebike with a wonderful company supporting you after the sale! Charles Charron

We bought a V100 and loved it. Something went wrong with it and they were very good about standing behind their product. After a couple parts swapped didn’t solve they sent us a new bike. So far it’s good. Glad to see a company standing behind their product like them.

8 days and no notice of when my bike will ship. Their phone has no voicemail so you can't leave a message. The Chatroom is a robot and completely worthless. I've left three emails to support no response. I feel I'm being scammed.

Overall, my experience with Eskute has been wonderful. The bike it self is comfortable, fast and pretty sturdy. I had a issue with the motor after just 300 miles but I reached out to customer service and they handled it promptly and without any issues. They went as far as sending me a whole other bike!! Jill the customer service representative was always prompt with her replys and was very very helpful. So yes I'd recommend this company and the m200 bike as well.

The customer service is absolutely, with out a doubt, some of the best i have experienced. I highly recommend. The time difference is the thing that was a delay. If this is your first order for an ebike ESKUTE is the way to go.

I didnt even order my bike from the website i reached out after having difficulties with my bike. i purchased a replacement part and they refunded me and sent me a brand new part for free! what a customer service! thank you to these guys at eskute!

First of all, the bikes are great quality. Nicely done and sturdy. Reasonable choice of colors and models. We purchased 2 different models. Both great. The first one arrived in 3 days. The other one took a little over a week, but the customer support is absolutely amazing. They responded quickly, and answered all questions in a very kind, respectful manner. Very happy with this experience and I would recommend this seller.

The support team replies, but the issues never get properly resolved. They keep repeating the same questions instead of offering real help.
