I couldn't be happier than I am today with my new Eskute Tricycle Pro 300. I'm equally satisfied with the Eskute Support Team and Ms. Tina. She addressed all my incomplete issues in a timely fashion. Thank you Tina for your all your time and efforts on my behalf.

Amazing Company, my son loves his E Bike, as he says favorite gift ever. We did have an issue with the motor, and eskute took care of the problem, Jill was amazing during the process always responding and helping us get the sitiluation resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an Ebike.

The Eskute Trike I ordered was delivered with a defective seat. In my mind I described the problem very clearly but a repair part was the wrong one. After a few more submissions by e mail I received the proper part and everything is now OK. Your employee Zhou was most courteous and helpful. I do feel the length of time used to fix the problem was very excessive.

The customer service with Eskute is beyond exceptional. Jade in particular helped me navigate broken parts I needed to repair our V100. She was prompt with responses, answered all my questions, provided links, tracking info, everything I needed. She went above and beyond.

Habe vor kurzem ein Rad von ESKUTE gekauft. Zusätzlich hatte ich Fragen an den Service. Diese Fragen wurden schnell und kompetent von Bella beantwortet. Also alles bestens mit dem Rad und Service.
