Great experience overall! Communication and service have been totally fine, and the bike itself has been great with zero issues. The battery strength is solid, and I’m really enjoying it—the v200 was definitely an excellent choice. Very happy with it.

I own an electric bike shop in Cocoa, FL. I have purchased many bikes to sell in my store but only order 1 to ensure the quality before purchasing more. I purchased an Eskute bike but the horn button was stuck. I contacted Eskue and was promptly sent a new horn button which solved the problem. The bike is now on the show room floor for sale. I will purchase more Eskute as a result of the GREAT service! Thank you Eskute, lets sell'em! Rick After posting this morning, the bike was sold this afternoon.

Absolutely WONDERFUL customer service! I had issues with my battery running out much faster than it should be, and they made it right no issue! I got the NovaX and I very much like the torque it has! Only “issue” I say is that the top speed isn’t quite as high as advertised, but that could just be user error lol. (It still goes PLENTY fast)

After 1 week, this ebike fell apart. From the moment we assembled, the brakes squeaked. This ebike, mountain bike is supposed to take a small bump, but not eskutes! The tire came completely off the rim. The upside is Customer Service was the most agreeable and helpful I've experienced. They were open to solutions and providing refunds and honoring warranties.

My son loves his e-bike. For me it was easy to order and assemble. It’s the perfect size and ride for him. Customer support has been great as the seat was damaged during shipping and they sending replacement. And it was affordable compared to other bikes in comparison
