I wish i would have read this site before ordering for this shitty company, they take sooooooo long to answer you on the phone or on the chat ; they dont solve problems ;they delay orders so FOR sure I wont buy it from here again,

Avoid at all costs They charge extra for shipping (after the purchase) and don't even have the product in stock. I've requested they cancel my order multiple times and apparently they can't...so I'm in limbo with a $800 pending charge, no eta on when they will get stock or ship. Terrible customer service, dodgy website and app Avoid!

I ordered skincare products on Feb 25. To date, no product. When I called, all I got was a forced ad for another company. A bait and switch scam. I am protesting the order through my credit card.

The eskincarestore is a bait and switch scam, don't buy from it. I placed an order for a product December 30, 2024 that was listed as available on their website. I didn't hear from them until Feb 14, 2025 stating that it was on route to me. On Feb 18 2025 I received a package containing a different product. Eskincarestore refuses to refund my $350 purchase stating that the product is the same, when they are clearly different products. They falsely claim to have a "60 day return policy at no cost". After five attempts to connect with them by phone, their customer service representative said that they required me to email photos of the product and packaging to determine if I was eligible to receive their "RMA" form for a return/refund. They state that they would respond in two to four business days but didn't respond until I followed up by leaving two voice mail messages and a followup email seven business days later. They claim to have contacted La Roche Posay who says the products are the same. I also contacted La Roche Posay Canada who confirmed to me that they are indeed different products, simply by the fact that Rosaliac AR is a serum and the Toleriane is a moisturizer. Eskincarestore ought to know this difference! What I've learned is that eskincarestore's goal is to frustrate it's customers by making its customer service impossible to contact either by phone, live chat and email (all of which I have tried) in the hopes that people will get frustrated and give up. Their response to this complaint is evidence of that; instead of providing me with the RMA that I have repeatedly asked for, they have directed me to their web site customer service which is entirely useless. Buyer beware!!!

Until now one whole month, I haven't received my orders, I am not so sure, whether you have shipped out the orders, because I cannot track where is it. The only things I can see is order is stuck at L.A

I placed an order for skin cream on 2/1. When I receive no notification of shipping, I reached out on 2/10. Customer service finally got back to me to advise that this item is not in stock, but it will be shipped in just a “few” days. I requested that they cancel this order and they refused to do so. If the item was not in stock, they should have alerted me to this fact before I ordered. I’m taking it up with my credit card company. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered product from them on 2/3/25 and received an email confirmation from them at 12pm ET that my order had been received and they would send a shipping confirmation when it was ready to ship. As of 2/8/25, I had not received any further notifications, so I tried to call them a few times. I called during the hours they said agents were available to help. Each time I waited for someone to help me, but after an extended period of time, the company just rolls you to vm. I decided to try the chat feature. It took awhile, but I did get someone to answer me on chat. I asked about the status of my order and all I could get was that it should ship in the next few days from the supplier. I then asked to go ahead and cancel the order since it had not shipped and my credit card had not been charged yet (still a pending charge, but not posted). The agent said that was not possible to do since my order had been confirmed and that was the end of the conversation. BUYER BEWARE. I wish I had read the online reviews before I ever clicked the confirm order button with this sketchy company.

I have had the exact same experience noted here multiple times. This is a scam. They cannot provide shipping information after two weeks and will not accept a cancellation. I was forced to initiate a dispute with Amex. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
