I ordered products it’s been over a week has not been shipped. I contact their support, samething everyday . Won’t purchase from them ever again .

As with most of the other customers, I have not received my products that are apparently on “back order”. Communication is terrible, website lies and tells you shipping in 5 days. Overall a very poor experience. Go elsewhere to get your products

UPDATE: OVER A MONTH - still nothing!!! Their reply "its coming shortly" - was posted 10 days ago! Not even a tracking number! Tracking number states its still in the US. Are you kidding me? Honestly, I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I placed a $500 order on September 5th, and it’s now September 27th with ZERO updates. No proper communication, no clear delivery date, nothing. And “due to increased demand” is an by-the-book excuse - has nothing to do with me and should not be my problem. At this point, the whole setup feels seriously questionable -it’s hard to understand how a website operating this way is allowed to exist? This all seem more like a scam!

Do not purchase anything from this company! Scam!! I ordered magnesium over a month ago, keep saying it’s on back order!! I’ve asked for a credit! Buyer beware 😩

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. It’s been weeks still haven’t received my order I will have to chase it up with my bank to mark it as fraud. I think this company is a fraudulent company or website.

Bestelling gedaan voor levering België. Aangekomen bij douane, moest ik hoge importkosten betalen. Dus teruggezonden! Stond niet vermeld bij bestelling. Alsnog moet ik 15€ betalen voor iets dat ik nooit gekregen heb! Wees gewaarschuwd! Nooit meer…

I ordered July 8 & received confirmation. Today is July 20 and it hasn't been shipped yet!! I called and cancelled order today-Wonder how long it'll take to get a refund. I should have read the reviews before I ordered or I never would have placed this order.
