I ordered product that has never shipped, they do not reply to emails and I've left multiple messages as they do not pick up calls through their customer service department. I have made repeated calls and just get voice mail without a call back. Still no product shipped, no response to email or voice mail and my credit card has been charged for the product.

They list items are are out of stock and never deliver. Do not order from this site!!

I just read the reviews, I am experiencing all of the above, I ordered 3 items 456$ wich all of them are not in stock.. I tried to call about 10 times, no answer, emailed 4 times, the only answer I got was the items that I ordered were not in stocks 🤦‍♀️ I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering…… please do not order from this site, don’t waste your time, money ….. just a big racket

First time ordering, awful experience. The virtual listing doesn’t tell you when an item is out of stock. So here I am waiting for supplements I really need because I have a medical condition and they really make a difference for me. I reached out to customer service to get an update on delivery and they said they couldn’t say on a date. Currently asking for a full refund and my chat keeps getting dropped.

Do not buy on this website. I have made my order and have not received the parcel. The local post office confirmed that it was lost and sent me the confirmation email about it. 1 month passed by and tones of emails sent to customer service and no solution provided. They simply ignore me or reply with an answer which does not make any sense. Well, next time I will search for reviews before making any other purchase online….

I am really disappointed. Your website showed an item that is different from what I received. Even if it is a new version of what I expected, I explained that the shade is actually very different. When you authorize the return, you’re making me pay for shipping AND for a restocking fee. I will not order from your store again.

none of their items are in stock, i waited over a week and the serum never arrived. I had to reach out to them to find out that it was not in stock. Dont put it on your website then, wasting people's time.

Do not buy from this store. Here is what I experienced: I ordered on eskin store on the 10th of Oktober, to be informed after ordering that they have to restock all the items. Finally on October 24th they were shipped, to not arrive. It took 4 times contacting eskin customer service to tell them that somethimg went wrong according to what the tracking was showing. It was supposed to go to europe but instead shipped around the US never leaving the states. Customer service wasn´t helpful just sending again the tracking number which wasn´t the point. It took a long time on the help desk to get any sensible response that did not sound like an excuse or diversion from the situation. Finally I decided to file a complaint via Paypal. That got things moving and finally I got a refund on October 25th. And it took a lot time and effort. It seems it is not a well run business at all, no stock of products, maybe dropshipping, not reliable with customer support or shipping, tries to avoid taxes by declaring goods as gifts when shipped abroad saying that on the website. at a certain point I wasnt even sure if I would get refunded and the parcel shipping through the US and ending up at the same address as the company in a locker facility. Spare yourself the hazzle and buy somewhere where you actually get what you want in a timely and reliable fashion.
