Very disapointed aswell !!! i should had read all the others advises ... i order from Portugal some skin vitamins , that were suppose to come from Nederland , they promissed that they delivery in 5 days ...now is stucked in customs since 3 weeks until i pay the taxes that are more then the product cost ... i m still waiting for a refund because i will not accept false informations !

Very bad experience – Don't buy from them if you're international! I had a terrible experience ordering from this company as an international customer. Their website clearly states they will lower the amount on the invoice to help avoid customs fees, but this turned out to be completely false. Not only did I still have to pay customs, but the customs price was €65 higher than the actual cost of the product! I emailed their customer service twice and received no response. When I finally managed to get through on chat, they admitted they try to mark packages as gifts – but that’s not what they promise on their website. I explained that I'd end up paying €50-100 extra in customs fees, and their response was simply, "I understand, is there anything else we can help with?" To make things worse, they didn’t ship my order until 6 days after I placed it, and now, 30 days later, it still hasn’t arrived. Avoid them if you’re buying internationally!

Pfff, such a bad experience with everything here. I bought an LED mask and after a week of not receiving any updates from their side I reached out and turns out they don't have it on stock. The product was still available on the site and no signs of Out of Stock were there. Few more days go by and I reach out again to the client service team and ask for a refund. They were "sorry that I felt that way" with everything they caused. Bad bad bad.

I ordered from Europe at eskinstore.ca and it went well. You have to be patient, but I knew that from reading other reviews. It took 4 weeks to get my order, but I expected that, so that is fine. I asked for an update in between and I received an email which showed exactly which products they were waiting for while collecting my order. Only thing that I didn’t realise is that you have to pay in The Netherlands “inklaringskosten bij de douane”, which means I had to pay the difference in tax (Canada has 13% tax and The Netherlands has 21%), so I paid 8% extra tax and administration cost (12 euro) to import. Overall this was still a good deal for me, by placing a large order I did save a lot. I was a bit nervous waiting so long and having paid a lot. But I paid by credit card to secure the delivery. I will definitely order again in the future. You just need to know what to expect (takes a few weeks).

I have a order that as done almost 3 weeks ago, haven't received it, they don't answer my emails asking for a refund and they don't answer calls either. Very frustrated.

Don’t buy products with this company . Been waiting a very long time now , have asked where my products are , no answer.

They are SUPER-slow in processing orders. Turtle speed!

Ordered 3 bottles of Deborah Lippmann nail polish. Two came in a box, and the third was unboxed. They told me to send an email and my response was they checked and in the future the product will be sent without a box. I've ordered this product in the past and it has always come boxed. I told them I was going to give them a poor review and they said they didn't care.
