I bought an esim from them right. There service is extremely good as well as there prices for these esims. Their customer serveice is one of the friendliest and helpful one ive ever talked to. I would recommend them everytime if you want a travel esim.

I recently purchased a 5-day unlimited eSIM. Everything worked perfectly, but after about half a day, my connection became incredibly slow. Loading a simple web page caused lag, uploading photos took forever, so imagine trying to stream videos... It was practically impossible (it barely worked in very low definition). I contacted customer service, first by email (no response), then via chat. After a little over an hour, someone finally replied. This person then took about 10 minutes to respond between messages. They kept sending me the runaround, directing me to the FAQ to change my carrier, APN settings, etc. I wasted over an hour on this and finally expressed my dissatisfaction. So they gave in and offered me a new eSIM for free. I deleted the first one and activated the new one, and it worked perfectly again... until... half a day later, the same problem occurred. I contacted support again, and someone finally told me that the first representative had given me the wrong answer. The reality is that if you buy an unlimited eSIM for a specific period, it's not actually unlimited! It's limited to 3GB per day, after which the speed is significantly reduced! This isn't mentioned anywhere when you choose and purchase an eSIM. Also note that in the meantime, I was completely disconnected (even my other physical SIM card was blocked, so not only mobile data but also my regular phone line was down), and I had to deactivate and reactivate the eSIM several times to get back online. In short, very disappointed. I'll go with a competitor next time, even if it costs more.

Het Customer Support Team reageert snel en uiterst correct. Ik had een eSIM gekocht voor een vakantie in september maar na de aankoop kwam ik erachter dat een eSIM een beperkte geldigheidsduur heeft en deze liep dus af vóór mijn vakantie. Heb contact opgenomen met de supportafdeling en die gaven direct een tegoedbon om later een nieuwe eSIM te kunnen aanschaffen. Omdat september nog erg ver weg is gaven ze even later aan dat het wellicht handiger was om de aankoop te ontbinden en het geld terug te storten. Na mijn akkoord hierop hebben ze dit direct geregeld. Echt een TOP service ondanks dat het uiteindelijk maar om een paar euro gaat!!

So I bought a couple of esims for Latin America which were great value. Had problems connecting in costa rica , but support sorted it out in the night. And the second worked straight away. 5 stars for price, quality and support. BTW it was a $3 sim they had to get to work for me.
