It's quite complicated to set up an eSIM with any provider. But the fact that you can get chat support on a Sunday morning and help get your SIM card activated makes eSIM4Travel my choice. I used Airalo in the past and lost money from an eSIM I couldn't activate, and they didn't reimburse me despite reaching out twice. Prices are also better with eSIM4Travel. Highly recommended!

Currently using it in Qatar. Very easy to install, good price and most importantly good connection. I would definitely recommend this eSIM as excellent price. Go for it.

Hello, We’re very sorry that your recent experience caused inconvenience during your trip. We sincerely hope to assist you in resolving the connection issue. We currently offer two plans for Japan: Japan (KKID) Japan (SoftBank + KDDI Dual Network) The difference between these two plans lies in network coverage. Some areas may have weaker signals when using a single network, so we offer a dual-network option to improve stability and connection quality. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to help you resolve the issue and can offer a refund or a plan exchange if needed. You can contact us through the following channels: Email: [email protected] Live chat (bottom right of the website): https://www.esim4travel.com/ (We recommend typing “Talk to support agent” in the chat to be connected directly with a real person, to avoid the message being handled by the automated system.) We sincerely look forward to hearing from you and hope to offer you a better experience. Wishing you a smooth and pleasant trip, and we hope to serve you again in the future. 💓💓 Giny @esim4travel

Very good value compared to competitors. I used it for a trip to Turkey recently and it was priced really well, and everything worked perfectly for the 2 weeks I was there. I purchased three eSIMs, one for me and two for my friends. We encountered no issues at all. We opted for the 10gb package but it wasn’t enough so had to purchase another 10gb package for them, but this was incredibly easy and I didn’t even need to install another eSIM - once we bought the extra package it just worked instantly on the existing eSIM. It would be useful if it had some text notifications to know when you reach 75% or 90% of your data usage limit, or an app that notifies you. However, you can easily check on their website how much data you have left, but would be more convenient if it had an app. It would also be good if there was an option to add maybe 30 international minutes in case we need to call home numbers from abroad - I had to use a different service for this feature.

My second year using them...in the States, France and The UK. Brilliant coverage, plus customer service hooked me up with a coupon for an expired, unactivated esim. Many thanks!

*Update: Support sent me the upgraded eSIMs which work fine and even a coupon, thank you! Unusable for Bosnia & Herzegovina. So bad that not a single website loads or Google Maps data. Even in Sarajevo.

Hello, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We currently offer two different plans for Bosnia & Herzegovina. The one you used has now been completely discontinued to prevent similar issues for other customers. Our other plan supports dual-network connectivity and provides a more stable connection. May I ask if you’re still in Bosnia & Herzegovina? If you are, we’d be happy to offer you the updated plan free of charge to ensure proper connectivity. If you’ve already left the country, we’re more than willing to arrange a refund for you. You can reach our customer support through the following: 📧 Email: [email protected] 🌐 Live chat: Please visit https://www.esim4travel.com/ and click the chat icon at the bottom right corner. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and look forward to hearing from you soon. We’ll do our best to assist you with the next steps. Wishing you all the best, and we hope to serve you better in the future 💓💓 Warm regards, Giny @esim4travel
