Smooth Process
The process was simple and quick. I was able to get an ESA letter for my cat without any issues. I spoke with a therapist the same day, and not long after our conversation, I received the letter. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this service.

This was a very simple process
This was a very simple process and I was able to get both of my cats an ESA letter. The first therapist was not able to keep our phone appointment but they set me up with another therapist right away, the same day. After our conversation it was just a short time later I received the letter. I would recommend.

Excellent experience
Everything went smoothly and was comfortable. Heard from the licensed therapist quickly and was able to complete the call the next day. I received a text within a few hours telling me my letter was available online in PDF form. Very easy to navigate the website.

Great experience
Great experience! Very friendly therapist, very quick turnaround, very easy process. It is on the pricier side, but definitely recommend, especially if you need it in a rush!

I never knew it could be this easy to…
I never knew it could be this easy to make sure my fur babies are protected. The process was fast and efficient. The doctor was very nice and engaging. I would recommend this to anyone who depends on their pet for emotional support.
