I would normally give this company 5 stars, Im going on my second year getting my ESA documentation through this company. This time around it took over a week after I paid almost $200 for my renewal before i was able to get my letter. Their policy is 24-48 hours for the turnaround time to receive your letter. Thankfully I didn’t need it right away, but it was frustrating having to go back and forth over email to get someone to contact me to renew my letter.
