I got called for evaluation same day within two hours although it was weekend . The therapist was great to provide approval letter immediately. However i have 2 comments to highlight: 1- the site says second pet for free and i wasn’t able to add my second pet . 2- i opt the housing and travel and paid accordingly, as per the therapist cats aren’t qualified for travel and this option should have not been offered and charged . But overall , easy and smooth process .

It was a pleasure speaking with therapist because she seemed to understand the struggles I deal with and how important having my puppy with me is!
