ErgeonReviews of ergeon.com

Work was done quickly and efficiently, Ergeon kept good communication and had my fence finished quickly and great construction.

Nicole Lindo was exceptional with all her communications, her willingness to help and explain, and her patience, which was so very important for us. She is awesome. More companies should have employees like her working for them.

Ergeon did an amazing job with our backyard fence project. Summer is coming and the neighbor behind us has toddlers who play in his backyard. Combine that with a dilapidated old fence with missing slats and the fact that we have a pool. It could have been a disaster waiting to happen. We called Ergeon, they offered a great value. Plus, they lost no time in communicating with the neighbor behind us and with no delay the project was started. This company is fast! In one day we had our new fence and can breathe a sigh of relief that our yard is secure and ready for summer. Plus, it's a beautiful fence that adds beauty to our yard. Great company with amazing customer service!

This company was so easy to work with from the begging of our fence project. The quality and service exceeded our expectations!

Great job great work. They're so professional guys are great work was amazing 🤩

Our Southern fence blew down in the February Super Storm here in Napa Valley 2024. I really liked the online fence building tool. It allowed me to play with different fence options and enabled me to visualize what my finished product would look like. The local installer was very courteous and helpful. They informed me of bushes that needed to be trimmed weeks before install. They arranged our site visit with PG&E a marking the gas line. There was one issue. On the second day of installation our gas line was hit by the builder. They immediately called the fire and PG&E and evacuated my Wife, Son and Dog. No one was hurt and the problem was solved completely in a couple of hours. My project manager assured be that I would not be liable for any extra cost of the response team. While upset and embraced by the very active response, I quickly calmed down and the team finished the project the next day. Over 144 ft. of new fence and I am very happy with the end product. I will use them again for replacing the rest of my fence in a couple of years.

Great experience from start to finish. Getting an estimate was very easy and fast. Work was scheduled around our needs and the work was high quality. They left no mess and were helpful working around an old climatis vine we were hoping would survive and it did.

We replaced 105' of our fence with a neighbor. Process was smooth. I liked the video call option to get the estimate. Highly recommended.
