ErgeonReviews of ergeon.com

Company has great communication, but they use local contractors that can be iffy on the quality of the work they put out. My latest project with them was done by Dream Fencing LLC, but after signing off one what looked great, I noticed that they didn't clip all the rails in properly. They also may not have gone deep enough on the first post, and went over to my neighbors side a few inches (even though I repeated this to them). I didn't bother to have them come back because if they left it like that the first time, they'll certainly make it worse the second time. The first time I used this company, they did a great job on the fence and a bad job on the cleanup. This time they did a better job on the cleanup and a shoddy job on the fence. Sometimes you can't win.

Inconsistent communication about the job schedule. Last minute notice regarding scheduling & no heads up for needing an English translator. The worker did good work. I would say Ergeon could have done better.

I am disappointed with my experience. The company installed a self-locking gate as part of the fence service, but the lock was made with low-quality materials and broke in less than a month. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication afterward. I reached out several times by email and text and received no response. The scheduling and process were quick, but the workmanship, customer service, and follow-up did not match the price paid. I believe customers deserve durable work and timely follow-up when problems arise.

I had a vinyl fence and two door gate put in. Overall the fence is very nice, but gate is a disaster. Most of the screws are falling off literally. The screws are stripped. The gate was last item to be finished with project, but only one person the supervisor stayed to put it up, where I’m sure two should have been here to help hold up the doors while other screwed hardware in. I could hear this person working and grunting as though he was struggling. Anyway I called ergeon about this issue, they sent this supervisor back out, who said “I’ve never seen this problem before” he proceeded to put bigger screws but only had a few, not enough ,said he would be back next day with more screws. Guess what, two different workers came in his stead, told me it was manufactures flaw nothing they could do. Now I have to screw through post with longer screws that actually have a nut so the hardware stays put. I had to have this contractor come back several times to fix minor issues, I got tired and frustrated of going back and forth with ergeon rep. Also why couldn’t they get the manager of this contract to come and give me a walk through, I did ask. I felt I was given the run around on that. Never did get a walk through. So I decided to just sign off on project , very sad and disappointed. I would think ergeon should not use this contractor anymore.
