Dumpster Enclosure Review Quote process was relatively smooth. The site review was scheduled on a Friday of a holiday weekend at 430-600 pm. The installer never showed up. Customer service was called several times but the operator was unable to get a returned call. Installer rescheduled with no apology. The installation of pine dumpster enclosure was not performed to the specifications. Most of the nail points were sticking out through the wood. The panels sagged and the doors were difficult to open and close. It was nailed to a nearby shed and the old enclosure which was to be removed was hidden in the area between the shed and the new enclosure. Most of the pointed nail ends poked approximately 1 in through the hold. A complaint was made and they returned the next day. The old enclosure was removed and the dumpster detached from the shed. Some of the nail ends were trimmed. The doors sagged more and were extremely difficult to up scraping across the parking lot. Multiple calls and texts on 9 days were made to several different numbers with no response. A different company was then contracted at the 3 week mark and Ergeon text me shortly after this offering to repair the enclosure. I explained because they had not responded I hired another contractor and was not interested in working with there company but they could come and remove their structure and reclaim their materials. They agreed to take down the structure but wanted me to pay for the materials and would get back to me. There was no response for approximately 3 weeks and I explained the structure had just been removed and replaced. Shortly after I received a bill for over $900 with no documentation for the charges. I ended up paying $778 to end the stress and daily texts and emails for payment. I would not recommend this company.

My experience was really bad. The initial finish had posts that were not level, boards that were warped, and just general sloppy. The gaps between the boards was very inconsistent. Communication was spotty Attempts to rectify the situation were unsuccessful. I wish i would have paid more for the local company

I cannot recommend this fencing company. Their communication and reliability are beyond unacceptable. We were promised someone would arrive between 2–4 PM. No one showed up. No one called. By 5:23 PM, we still had heard nothing. When we reached out, we were told the contractor's phone "must've died." That is not our problem, and it is not an acceptable excuse. This was not an isolated incident. We had reached out multiple times since the previous week and were repeatedly failed. Andrés, who was supposed to be our point of contact, promised to do a better job communicating—and then didn't. We gave this company several opportunities to make things right, and every single one was wasted. We ultimately cancelled the project and requested a full refund. We were told we might incur cancellation fees, which is absurd given that the company never delivered the service due to its own repeated failures. If a company can't handle basic communication and can't show up when promised, I have zero confidence in the quality of work that would follow. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

We haven’t even had our fence installed yet, but it has been a trip with this company. The lack of communication is abysmal and some of the worst I have ever seen. We have waited several months with no contact until they reached out a couple of days before to schedule the install. The crew to install my fence arrived to do it, and then they told me that they do not have the correct machine to cut my concrete to replace the old gate. They said their manager did not tell them this. Then, they said they would be back tomorrow morning at 8am. Not a surprise here, but they did not show up. I called the “project manager”, the customer service number, nothing. I am beyond frustrated with this process and will report them to Better Business Bureau if I do not get a response, or my refund, back.

Horrible company. They didn’t do what we talked about. They wanted us to pay more for it. Their material quality is really bad. Don’t use them!

I am warning anyone, please read this review FIRST prior to attempting to use Ergeon as your fence company, Me & My wife's biggest mistake was going with the first fencing company we googled and we thought this company was good due to all the 5 star reviews. We were looking to get a Vinyl Fence built in the summer, this was going to roughly a $12k project by the way. The Zoom inspection went great, however once we got our Ergeon agent Keneth assigned is where it went downhill, they first incorrectly submitted the permit application our city's village as opposed to our county we lived in, which we told them they need to submit to the county. Ill keep this short & sweet but lets just say 4 months without any communication & automated text messages went by with no updates, when I called & emailed multiple times, we got no response, only when I called and requested to speak to a manager was our rep "now made available" which I told him how displeased I was with the service, he told me he would provide me weekly updates, never happened. To all of a sudden a week ago we recieve an email saying to get this permit notary done. Summer is over, this was a summer project, 3-4 months with no communication occured. Then we had a gentlemen named David reach out to us and acknowledge they dropped the ball and it wasnt right and then offered a $500 discount on the project and called us 3 days straight and left us voicemail trying to push the project through, probably because he realized how much money this project was. You could do this project for free and I still wouldn't have chosen you guys, first impression says it all, and me and my wife were treated as customers that our project did not matter. They will simply just scam you the initial $124-$150 to get this "project" started, I requested a refund since we are cancelling the project and are not deciding to use Ergeon, lets see how that refund goes, if they live up to being true scam artists or not.

Getting them to schedule an appointment was like pulling teeth. We waited a month after our consultation to actually get them to come out. Once they did, they damaged our septic and started by blaming us, saying "we couldn't have known," despite working next to a ventpipe. When we threatened to get a lawyer, all of a sudden they wanted to go 50/50, for something they damaged! Maybe instead of blaming the customer, you could use a bit more due diligence before you dig! The only positive thing we can say is the project manager, Kimberly was amazing! She was exceptionally professional and very prompt and communicative. You need more people like her!

This company Eregon Fencing is absolutely a joke with what appears to be unqualified people trying to give quotes. I set an appointment for 4 o’clock today to review my needs and wants for a fence to go up. Instead, I thought I was on an episode of “PUNKED” while talking with the representative. I laid out what I needed in basic terms of a wood fence, with lengths of the yard and the type of fence I wanted. I don’t know if this guy was just inept or not wanting to do his job. Instead, he tried selling me on a vinyl fence when I was asking for a wood fence. By about the 10th or 12th minute of the call, he stated this was not within the scope of work they do. So I asked if you’re a fencing company why wouldn’t it be in the scope of what you need to do? Simple job putting up fence on one side of yard completely new fence in the rear of the yard and put up pickets on each side. An absolute waste of time waiting on these clowns to call and getting that response of this does not fall within the scope of our business. If you’re reading this, I would highly consider looking for another fencing company because this was an absolute joke. Irving Mercedes is a poor excuse of what a sales person is and does.
