From the office workers (e.g., planning, discussions, and scheduling) to the installers the end results became a lovely reality. The installers were prompt and completed the huge task at a reputable time. Any concerns I had, the lead installer was able to answer me with patience. Thank you, Ergeon.

UPDATE and EDIT: After my first complaint, i got a new person that took over my case, if you will, he was much better than the first one. I'll be honest, the first guy sounded kind of shady to me. The second guy was much better and gave me that discount. However, there were a couple of cancellations still at the last minute, so I did complain a second time. MOSTLY my complaint was because i commute to work 45 min away and i couldn't afford to lose a day of work and have a last minute cancellation. My plan was to use one of my vacation days so i can be available. Thankfully, i was able to make arrangement with my mom when they did show up and i was able to work half day. But i did have to complain for that reason alone. They offerred me another discount. I don't do things for the money, but i confess, it helps. And the crew came the very next day and they did the work in 2 days in extreme heat condition the first day (which i felt terribly bad for them), and a downpour of rain the second day leaving them wet and muddy. Again, i felt bad for them, but i appreciate that they finished the fence. I can now have peace of mind that I won't have problems with my neighbors anymore because of my dogs barking at them through the chain link fence, and the privacy among other things. I AM Very pleased with the results and the way the second guy handled my concerns/complaints and have changed my rating. I'll deduct one star cause i always feel there is room for improvement. Old Post: I Went through the Home Depot website and they use Ergeon. From the get-go, the communication was a problem, even shady. I was getting ghosted by the person in charge. I could never seem to be able to get a number or get a hold of the person who was going to build the fence. So, i called Home Depot to cancel the order and the very next day, i got a call from Nestor who wanted to do damage control. He offered me a $200 discount to appease me of my troubles, i'm sure. I gave them a second chance. He was more communicative, but they kept cancelling on me. Twice and at the last minute.

We liked the ease of the appointment and viewing the choices online. Alberto was specific and prompt during the estimate process.

Generally happy with the job although it got pushed back twice. Also not sure whether or not they actually used all of the fencing I purchased upfront based on initial conversation with the rep. The crew did a nice job on the fence installation

I would like to revise my previous review. Fernando worked very hard to correct the issues I had with the initial installation. He recently sent a second crew to correct and fix all of my concerns. The crew he sent did a fantastic job . The only reason I didn't give them a five was it was a bit of a battle to get them to the job right.
