EpicpaintReviews of epicpaint.com

This is my second time ordering from Epicpaint. How they bring can bring multiple pictures alive with your love ones is very heartwarming. Rather it's a gift from past love ones, you and your current love ones, I promise you won't be disappointed at all.

EpicPaint really did their thing!!! I’m so thankful for the beautiful portrait they did for my parents. Don’t think twice about it, do it, go get it now!!!!

Most definitely not happy with the customer service from this company. I have yet to receive my portrait and can’t even get them to give me a status. Don’t believe the time lines they have on their website it’s B/S.

I have purchased multiple portraits with EpicPaint because I wanted to gift my loved ones something with sentimental value. EpicPaint helped me accomplish that with the results of their final product. I was able to combine my beloved family members that have passed with those that still remain. With the purchase of multiple orders, I made quite a few changes and additional requests to each portrait. EpicPaint's customer service is exceptional! They are very attentive, professional and courteous regarding every issue! Thank you EpicPaint for not only your patience, but for helping me capture such priceless results in your great work ♥️ I would highly recommend EpicPaint!

This painting was amazing! The artist has such talent I can’t even explain!

After getting the preview of the portrait I decided I didn’t like it and let them know that I wanted to go ahead and cancel the order and wanted my refund. They assured me it was just the preview and to let my artist know to see if it could be improved. I again told them I just wanted to cancel the order. Instead, they sent the portrait to me. I emailed them after receiving the portrait and let them know again that I wanted a refund and that I was unsure why it was shipped to me when I didn’t approve it. It took them over a week to get back to me. They still tried to reconcile the order and I told them for a 4th time that I wanted a refund. After another week of waiting the said they would authorize the refund but that it might take a while to get back in my account. It’s now been months and I still have not received my refund. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Omgoodness I just can't explain how much we love our picture! My husband's father past away when he was 16 and my mother-in-law past away 2 years ago. So when he opened the picture and saw all of us with our kids, his parents together, and even his brother, he was speechless. He said in was a beautiful family picture such a unique gift for the heart. I was hoping he would cry but he didn't😆.

Well didn’t know you was just putting pictures together like that. My grandson looked disabled in the photo. And my child looked like I cut her out a magazine. So I will not be going through you guys again. My wife was disappointed.
