I had specifically requested a particular type of Midnight Crazies cat toy (a ball with bell inside toy), as shown on the website. It was specified on the order form that we must have that type only and did not need the newer version. ( Like many cats mentioned on previous reviews, our cat only plays with the old straight line version of Midnight Crazies and not the newer zig-zag version). Because the website showed the old version, I thought they might have a stash of the older version toys. I was disappointed when the new version came in the mail, but Entirely Pets promptly refunded the purchase when I called to voice my concern. We will be donating the toys to a pet shelter.

For the very 1st time, I am very disappointed w/Entirely Pets!!!! 😡They sent products with expiration close to due (DEC / 18) - this is absurd, because if I bought a pack for 6 months at the end of July (receiving in August) and my dog takes once a day, there is no way to consume everything within the validity! I live in Brazil and always buy & send to someone in Miami, to bring it to me, how are we going to do it now? I've never seen shipped products to expire !!!

Good product price. My only regret is that it took 4 days between order placement and shipping and an additional 10 days for actual product receipt. That's 14 full days. I'm this day and age, two weeks is too long. But the price savings on sale days make it worth the wait for those of us in the Eastern time zone. Just have to plan accordingly.

Shopping made easy by EntrielyPets.com. I love that you keep my past orders available so that I don't have to remember anything - except my password. Every product I have purchased my dogs (all four of them) have liked and given me a two paws up for my purchase. The Ora-Clense chewies are a favorite now and I think my dogs would eat them all day long. The dog rocks actually have cut down the yellow spots in my yard tremendously and are almost non-existent. I would recommend those to anyone with multiple dogs, females only or lazy males who don't lift their leg. I have seen the same products in my big box retail store but your price is definitely much better. Shipping costs are minimal and my box arrives in just a matter of days. Plus, there is always a discount to be had out there. Great job and the Tucker household is a big fan of EntirelyPets!
