Cheap marketing tactics & lousy order fulfillment.
Anyone who has subscribed to this company's marketing emails knows that their definition of "blowout" or "up to 80% off" or other expressions suggesting colossal sale prices is complete BS. As an example, at this very moment, a 3 oz. can of Blue Buffalo Wilderness Salmon cat food on EntirelyPets.com is $1.89 per can (37% off of $2.99 original price). Ummmm, what?!? SINCE WHEN is a measly 3 oz can of Blue brand cat food $2.99 original price!? That same exact can is currently $1.39 at Petsmart without any sale or multiple-can discount. And it is only $1.09 at my a mom and pop brick and mortar natural pet store in my neighborhood. By posting bogus inflated MSRPs/Original Prices and then declaring crazy discounts, these guys are only hurting their own credibility. During this 2018 holiday season (Black Friday through Christmas), I really started to take notice of EntirelyPet's low class marketing tactics and have been appalled. I have only ordered from them a few times. In my most recent transaction, I ordered Re-Borne Colostrum (which is an item you keep frozen when not using and refrigerated otherwise) for a life-and-death emergency and paid for expedited shipping. From the shipping notification email to the receipt date, it was a solid 5 business days. To me, a 5 business day delivery frame does not count as expedited shipping. We are both in the US, are we not? Heck, I often receive packages from Japan in less than 5 business days when simply opting for "air mail." Also, I did not like how my order was packaged. Although they put the colostrum in a cold foil mailer, it of course arrived warm. And because they did not seal the mailer, the condensation from the bottle leaked out and completely drenched all of my other items. I will not be buying from this company again and have designated their emails as spam.
