So frustrating ever since I entrusted them with my dog's prescription. I have to call to re-order, doesn't work online. Over half the time delays in their shipping the item even though they have the Rx and there are refills. No response to phone message, email, chat. This is an expensive prescription, $100/month, so I only order once/month and have to go through this frustration.

While it took 10 days to ship, their response was courteous and professional. I got delivery confirmation from USPS but the item had in fact not been delivered. I called EntirelyPets and they were going to file a claim and reship. Fortunately, the item did arrive the following day.
