Awful customer service. Super slow

They took the order early Friday for a med my pup needed soon. The vet awaited the request- nothing. The vet and I both sent a request to process - nada- closed over the weekend. What happened to the Friday am order? Their site was not working properly and I had to get customer service on the line, so all the more, and wasted time later, the order was treated like I was asking for bubble gum. Will think long and hard about using them again.

Be aware - Courteous people on customer service but Entirely Pets delivers no follow through on commitments made. Advertised delivery is way beyond the maximum times they state. I placed an order for Rx medications. Called immediately to expedite. They said sure, but that did not happen. Order sat around in pharmacy for 3-days. Called again to "get it out of pharmacy". They said yes and that took 3-days. However, they confirmed 2-4 day shipping. And that never happened. Called and they said it was corrected. Again false. Another call and 28 hours later - no action for improved delivery. The 2-4 days delivery is now 8-days and counting with the best possible delivery being promised now 12 days. Entirely Pets said they would issue a partial credit as I now need to go to vet and purchase Rx meds. And that credit has not happened either, though they billed me instantly when I place my order.

It took a long time to receive this order.

Even with over $85 before tax it didn’t apply the free shipping discount, so I dropped my order to the minimum I needed. I sent an email about it and never received a response. Two of the items I ordered are on back order but it still let me think they were part of my order until I received an email a few days later. I normally have nothing but good things to say about this company. Not so much this time.
