Jezza once again pulls through as a super helpful and kind support for this company. Based on the interactions and care I've received when I've reached out on multiple occasions, I would definitely buy again and recommend to others. Keep doing what you're doing.

I had some issues at the beginning of my subscription but these were sorted out eventually and I liked the underwear sets so I continued to subscribe. The sets got later and later each month until eventually they continued to take the money but the order is unfulfilled. I emailed customer services who sent a generic email to say that they were 'looking into it' but I have not had a refund or the underwear. After seeing other similar reviews of people who didn't receive their orders, I decided to cancel. To cancel, you have to fill in a survey which takes over 7 minutes - a total waste of my time.

Dear Natalie, I hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we're revisiting past reviews and wanted to check in with you, our cherished Empress. I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience you faced with your order. The pandemic was incredibly tough for us, and we had our fair share of challenges just trying to keep things running smoothly. We're grateful for your support and understanding as we've worked to get things back on track. We noticed your review from a while ago and wanted to reach out to check if we were able to resolve the concern you had. If there are still any outstanding issues or if there's anything more we can do to enhance your experience, please feel free to email us. We promise to get back in touch promptly and work with you towards a solution. Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to making things right. Warm regards, Isabel

I received a package but was missing a set from it. After contacting customer service, Jezza was quick to assist and help me figure out what had happened. Pending receipt of the missing set, I am a happy customer. Thank you Jezza!

Empress Mimi lingerie is both beautiful and comfy, I love the look and feel of them. I have two sets currently and another one the way. I had a small issue with one bralette, but Elle from the team was so helpful and friendly and organised a replacement quickly. I would highly recommend the products and the customer service!
