Customer service has been above-and-beyond throughout. Initially Jezza from their customer care team contacted me to let me know that my two orders would be shipping a little differently than expected due to stock availability across UK and US warehouses, which I appreciated. When the US delivery arrived, I was missing an item and had an item I didn't order included. I contacted Jezza again and they were incredibly helpful in sorting a replacement for the missing item. Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Empress Mimi again.

I had paused my subscription for 6 months and was determined to cancel it, and then I received the yellow tassel set in the mail yesterday. I totally forgot how amazing it is to open that package and see the little bit of magic inside! I put on the set and I look amazing and feel AMAZING. Thanks for making amazing lingerie that is unique and comfortable! I tell all my friends whenever I get the chance.

During COVID an order was delayed and then misplaced. This set was finally discovered in a warehouse in the US (I live in UK) after failing to be delivered. Jezza contacted me to help sort the issue and followed up when my sleep deprived brain forgot! She was keen to make amends and send me a replacement set for the one that never arrived.
