Fast and kind

She let me know the company policy to wait 60 days for the shipment and when it still didn't arrive after that she promptly had the order resent. I had an issue with an item breaking and wrote to customer service. Jezza handled my case. She was prompt, polite and super helpful. Its always a gamble dealing with customer service but after this experience I have faith that your company really cares about its customers. I have been basically stalking this site for years and I finally bit the bullet and ordered two full empress sets. I did not receive either. I received a shipping email and even an email saying my order had been delivered but I did not receive a package. Now I do understand that this is not necessarily their fault. But what is there fault is the absolute lack of response when I reached out to them to see if anything could be done. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service with my order info and have received no reply at all. No even to tell me there is nothing that could be done. So no, I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Even crappy brands have a better response to customer service

Super amazing! My bodysuit didn’t fit and they quickly and kindly swapped out for larger size (even though I wasn’t on subscription) as they’d heard it ran small! Really kind, very fast. 10/10
